We chose this hotel because the room had its own pool with a sunset view, and the room itself was like a cave. It did not disappoint! We very much enjoyed staying here and didn't want to leave. The staff were all the most helpful and polite we've ever had. They would go out of their way to help with anything we needed, which was amazing. The view from the patio/pool was breathtaking, and the pool was always the perfect temperature. If I had to be picky then there were a couple things that I would say could be improved. First off, the drain for the pool was pretty noisy since it was an infinity pool. I blocked it off slightly so that it wouldn't drain as quick and it made it a lot better. It also still seemed to be able to keep up with the drainage so might be a good idea to put something in there permanently. Secondly, the drain in the shower sticks up out of the floor, and is directly below the shower head. This makes it awkward to stand under the shower directly. Overall cleanliness of the room was good, but we did notice a few things that showed they probably don't do a deep clean as often as they should. For example, there were dirt spots on the floor. But ultimately it was still one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at, especially considering the room's size. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime stay. I already wish I could go back and stay again.

My wife and I stayed at the White Pearl Cavalieri for our honeymoon and booked the Honeymoon Villa. If I could give it more stars, I would. As soon as we arrived, there was someone there to greet us (with drinks for us in hand) to give us a full tour of the stunning property. There are only 6 rooms within this hotel, which makes it extremely intimate. Each room has its own concierge, who helps with any requests you have (ie. car service and transportation, room service, events and trip recommendations). The service was unlike anything we've ever had. From the bartenders, to waiters, to concierge, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. My wife likes green tea, and they ran out one day. One of the waiters remembered this, and brought his grandmother's homemade green tea in the next morning for her. Our last night there, he actually gave her several bags to take home because he knew she loved it so much. This is just one example of how they went the extra mile for us. All of the ingredients used in their dishes comes from local farms and it shows. I highly recommend the breakfast package, which includes complimentary breakfast every morning. They knew we had an early flight home and were leaving before breakfast hours, so they delivered us breakfast to our room the night before so we could eat before we left. The day we checked in, my wife mentioned that my birthday was in a few days. They remembered this, and at dinner on my birthday at the Above Bistro, they made sure to give me a special shoutout. The hotel used to be a winery, and they take pride in keeping that history. We had several different wines there, and they were among the best I've ever had. The room itself was massive, basically a little condo with its own private backyard, multiple day beds, and infinity pool. Our view of the bay was unlike anything you'll ever see, straight out of a movie. Everyone said that we needed to go to Oia for sunset, but our view of the sunset from the room was much better, without all the busy streets. Everything was extremely clean. The atmosphere is beyond relaxing and the location is secluded, but convenient. There is a walkway right behind the hotel that leads to the heart of Imerovigli. The walkway happens to be right along the edge of Mouzaki Bay, which provides some of the best views you'll ever see. It was only a 5-10 minute walk into town where there are an overwhelming amounts of restaurants and bars. We even walked to Fira from the hotel. It was a long walk, but definitely doable. Overall, we cannot say enough about everything. Our honeymoon was incredible and memorable. The White Pearl and its staff were a huge part of that. This hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are VERY helpful, accommodating and flexible. Rooms are clean and modern and has all amenities that you might need, the breakfast was very delicious and the amount of food was very good, various drinks to satisfy all tastes. The location is centralized between Fira and Oia, the bus stop to Oia is only 10 minutes walk and there was a gas station and supermarket 3 minutes away by car. The views are AMAZING, as the hotel is located at the highest point in the island, you have views for both the eastern and western sides of the island, so you can not only enjoy a spectacular sunset, you can also enjoy a phenomenal sunrise if you are welling to wakeup early. location being in the Overall experience was very positive.

Waited a little bit too long for our room, which was fine. The room is well decorated, but I don't get why the mini bar was empty, nothing inside, pls don't tell me it was bcz of Covid measure, which has been bygone for ages already. At the time of booking, I put the note that we are on my mum's birthday trip, I appreciate if we could get so small surprise or something. However, sadly there was nothing, not even a welcome fruit, a bottle of wine, a welcome letter or not even a verbal greeting. In contrast, the second hotel we stayed in Santorini, not only gave us a birthday cake, bottle of wine, chocolate, huge basket of fruit, welcome letter, but also gave us some souvenirs. Only things that surprised me were, they only privided 2 btls of mini water which I can finish in one goal, given the outside temperature was 35'C Breakfast was nice, however the waiters seemed super busy waited very long to take order, and he seemed not happy with his job. No greeting, no smile, and very cold attitude. Which a little bit pissed me off. The view was stunning though. Overall 5 star view, 4 star room, 2-3 star service. Santorini has countless hotels, most of them got nice view, if you really want to stand out compete with others, this hotel has to improve the service and amenity in order to provide a better guest experience.

My husband and I stayed at White Pearl Cavalieri for a portion of our honeymoon in early August, and we don’t have enough good things to say about this place! To start, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. Upon our arrival they helped us with our bags, we were greeted with a delicious welcome drink, and the hotel concierge Alexandros toured us around the common areas as well as our private room. We originally booked the “Vinsanto Honey Moon Villa” as it was a bit cheaper in price compared to the “Cavalieros Honeymoon Villa”, but we quickly discovered that the Vinsanto suite is not very private at all. This is the ONLY negative thing I have to say about this place… I would not recommend the Vinsanto Villa for any couples or any person for that matter hoping to enjoy a private terrace/pool area. This villa is right beside the common pool area with a two foot wall dividing the two spaces. We actually watched as cleaning staff hopped over the wall from the Vinsanto Villa to the shared pool area many times. On top of that, the Above Bistro Restaurant actually has windows that look directly into your pool/patio area. If you book this space, you are literally in a fish bowl. It is worth the extra $$$ to book the nicer suite - I promise! HOWEVER, when we noticed this we immediately asked Alexandros if we could upgrade to the Cavalieros Villa and he was so accommodating. Because of the last minute switch our room took a bit longer to clean and prepare for us, so we enjoyed a delicious (but pricey) meal at the Above Bistro, relaxed in the sun at the luxurious common pool area, enjoyed some tasty cocktails, and even walked half of the “Fira to Oia” hike as this hotel is literally steps from the hiking trail. On to the room... it is SPECTACULAR. It is so well designed and decorated, we've literally never felt so "boujee" in our lives lol. The modern Greek design is incredible and the views are just something else. We’ve never seen sunsets so perfect! We genuinely mean this when we say that White Pearl Cavaleiri has the BEST VIEW IN SANTORINI, especially the Cavaleiros Villa! It is at the highest point, directly overlooking the caldera, with the sun setting in the most perfect spot. It is also the only completely private suite we noticed while walking the Fira to Oia trail as all other villas/patios along this path can be seen by the tourists walking the path. Not only do you have a stunning view of the sunset, but also the sunrise!!! I highly recommend getting up one morning to see it. The sunrise is obviously on the other side so not over the caldera part of the ocean, but is it truly just as stunning as sunset! (see my last photo) Breakfast was included in our stay each morning and the food was just amazing! There are so many delicious options to choose from, all while sitting poolside, with the option to be in the sun or shade, on an elegantly decorated patio, overlooking the beautiful ocean views. You can also pay 10 euro to have it delivered to your room to enjoy it privately :) I don’t know what else I can say about this place to convince you that you need to stay here. Yes it is pricey, but if you’re willing and able to splurge for a once in a life time vacation, it is SO worth it! If you want a relaxing stay in a gorgeous suite, with the MOST beautiful view and the kindest staff meeting your every need, White Pearl Cavalieri is the place for you! :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
