Beware of downgrade: We initially stayed at Ocean Breeze Villa, which was what we booked. It is huge and beautiful, with two full sized bed and two living rooms. The room is new and clean and we loved it. Two days later, we received a message saying they would like to “upgrade” us. The “upgrade” was a huge downgrade imo. The room was much older, darker, smaller, with a lot of tiny bugs dead and alive all over the place. We were told it’s an upgrade because of the hot tubs. However, the indoor hot tub was cold and not usable; in addition, it made loud mechanical noises the entire night. The shower of the new room didn’t work well. Water remained cold for a long times and very tiny streams of water made the showers long and uncomfortable in order to clean all by shampoo. In addition, we got downgraded from having two full sized beds to one queen sized bed, which was so much more uncomfortable compared to what we had. We tried to ask for our old room back, all they did was repeatedly sending maintenance to us to fix the shower, which made an exhausting day even more exhausting. Overall I do not recommend this place, because I do not think they have your best interest in their agenda.

Dream location, just a few steps below the main street in Oia, that guarantee privacy and seclusion. Our Full Moon Villa was a spacious and well designed room with amazing views over the caldera from its terrace and even from the bed itself. Amazing view also from both the private pool and the “shared” pool (where also we found no people other than us). There is no sunset view (at least in August), you should walk 7/10 minutes towards the end of the town. There is no specific service as it is a collection of independent villas, with nice guys available to check in/out and support, and breakfast is served at a nearby “standard” bar, we did not have that included and it was the right choice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Pearl Villa and it was an incredible experience. The location of the villa is simply breathtaking as it is built on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. The view was just stunning and it made for a truly serene atmosphere. What impressed me most about the villa was the heated tub, which was perfect for relaxing in after a long day of sightseeing. Additionally, I was upgraded to the Full Moon Suite and was amazed by the size of the shower room, which had an ocean view. It was just fabulous! Another bonus was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of healthy options to start your day right. From fresh fruits to eggs, the meals were delicious and never got boring. The staff at White Pearl Villa were extremely helpful and attentive. They really went out of their way to accommodate me and I never felt like I was left wanting for anything. They even remembered everything that I had previously done and suggested some great things for me to see and do while in the area. Overall, my stay at White Pearl Villa was amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone heading in that direction without hesitation.

Amazing we spent our engagement here( which we told them about when checking in) and they were awesome start off and unexpected bottle of wine that actually tasted delicious on the room. The room was cozy with a TV and ac unit, wifi and super close to oia restaurants. All within 10 min waking distance honestly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
