Amazing accommodation! We were so lucky being hosted by the kind stuff of White Stone! The property was so warm and polite with everyone, gave us guidance for every detail and organize our nights without any thought! The location is outstanding, it was like a dream and the hotel was perfectly calm and totally clean! We recommend it without any doubt, you should meet the kind Sophia with all the outstanding people there! Thank you for everything.

I stayed in the Junior Villa, the room was clean and comfortable, which is all I really needed it to be. What makes this hotel a standout is the service - the airline lost my luggage coming into Santorini after a long and difficult flight from North America. The managers and the staff were so kind and considerate, and did everything possible to make the rest of my trip easy and seamless, from arranging transfers, to laundry, to helping handle bags. It goes without saying that the views were spectacular, and I had a perfect sunset view from my patio. Would definitely recommend!

The WORST hotel I've ever stayed in my life, they should remove the 5 star title that they believe they have.... because the truth is they don't have anything 5 stars. You only supposedly pay for a view, as the gentleman at the reception made it very clear to me. They should teach him a little about customer service because this person does not have even a little bit of education and customer service how to treat people you can get the same view anywhere in the cliff without having to waste your money with these scammers. The room is very small and is next to the bathroom, bathroom that has an unpleasant smell all day long, the bed and pillows are not comfortable at all for a 5 starts Hotel. I booked a room with a private pool which does not exist because the pool is inflatable hahahaha it is an insult to the client that a 5 Starts Hotel that charges an average of €500 per night is ridiculous that they offer this type of services the room has no privacy at all because you share the same patio with the room next door and with the restaurant that is next to the room where people walk all day in front of your face, even the people who stayed next to my room suffered from the same problems that I had were very upset by the facilities and their high cost without having value of what they offer so do yourself a favor don't waste your money staying in White Santorini take your time and you will find something much better for the same money or less you will thank me later. Please update your status you should be in the 3 star hotel category for sure !!!!

This was our third stay at White and I doubt we will stay anywhere else. We brought a group with us. We all travel extensively and have high standards. White exceeded our guests’ expectations. The location is perfect, views spellbinding, service and communication always attentive, and breakfasts bountiful and delicious. Thank you and see you again soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
