I recently spent 13 nights at this exceptional hotel and couldn't have been more impressed. The service was simply top-notch, setting a high standard for hospitality. Security measures were robust, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay throughout. One of the standout features of this hotel is its unbeatable location. With a 24/7 convenience store nearby and a fantastic restaurant just opposite. Within a short 500-meter walk, you'll discover an array of Western-standard restaurants and bakeries, adding to the convenience and dining options. My first night was made memorable by Aldi, a remarkably accommodating staff member who has very good English. His warm welcome set the tone for the rest of my stay and he is very nice, accommodating and helpful! The security personnel were not only diligent but also amiable. The security system if the hotel is notably contributing to the overall positive and safe atmosphere. Widhya and other staff members were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This hotel is a perfect choice for both business trips and extended stays. The array of amenities provided, including a kettle, hairdryer, slippers, shampoo, and soap. The room and hotel environment are clean. The manager also gave me a welcome cake. I particularly appreciated the hotel's stringent smoking prohibition, a rare and commendable policy in Indonesia. Additionally, two complimentary water bottles everyday, the thoughtful provision of a water-refilling machine near the pool area added to the convenience and eco-friendliness of the establishment. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, ideal location, comprehensive amenities, and commitment to guest comfort and safety. Whether it's a brief business visit or an extended stay, this hotel is a good choice in this area.

Just spent my weekend at this place. The ambiance is quiet good and room is so clean. However the location is quite far from MRT. Need to walk almost 1km from nearest station 🥲

Stayed at loft premiere for one night. Pros: • There was microwave and refrigerator inside the room. • The shampoo and soap using Sensatia Botanica which I love about the place. • Located in South Jakarta, which is the best choice if you need to have a staycation for 1 or 2 days without thinking about time travel, etc. • Coffeeshop right in front of it. • Pool is clean Cons: • Nothing special, don't know whether they wash the sofa pillow or not because it smells not fresh. • The bed and pillow were so-so. • Can't smoke in the room / no smoking room (but can use the rooftop area tho)

I checked out today, I stayed 2 nights in room 302. Very comfortable, there is a mini kitchen, you can cook and of course feel like home. I want to thank Mr Aldi for taking care of our stay, he made a great first and last impression on us. Well done, keep it up White Tree.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
