Nice location at walking distance from Phuket Old town. You have hawkers right at the door and you can have great food at any time. Rooms are nice and spacious and the pool (very small) is a nice extra. 4 stars out of 5 as when we checked in (at 3pm after a very long journey with the kids) the room wasn’t ready for an AC problem. We’ve been asked to wait 45 minutes and we asked for a free beer for us and an ice cream for the kids. Our request was denied. Not a big deal to pay for these things but in my opinion if you don’t meet your promised service (check in time) a small kind of compensation would be a class act. Overall great stay and definitely recommend!

This hostel is one of the best hotels I have seen in recent times. The cleanliness, Location, Reception team welcome, Facilities, and Helping approach made me so happy to select this property. They are so flexible in handling the customers. The very big lobby space, working station, separate space for working people, friendly environment and a swimming pool is a very big plus to this place. Located very near the happening place Sunday Night Market. Can see many food joints, bars, 7/11, etc. nearby. Without any second thought, you can book this property either for short-term or long-term stays. Rooms, Toilets, Beds, and Towels are super clean. They maintain Hot water kettles, Coffee and tea sachets, and glasses expertly. Highly recommend this place.

A hotel with some good aspects let down by a couple of fairly big things. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need, whilst the pool and outdoor area is quiet and secluded. The major problem however is that noise is an issue at this hotel, due to both the design of the building itself (it's open plan nature means sound seems to travel really easily around the place), and a live music bar which is on the same complex as the hotel - this stays open until 1am each day and at least on the day we stayed (a Saturday), it was very audible. Overall, I don't think I'd recommend someone staying here, despite the hotel's obvious perks!

The place where nobody cares. Laundry problems. The dirty washing machines left stains on lots of our white and light color clothes. (The same for another lady that day) At first you guys wanted to resolve the problem with a refund of 40 baht (the cost of one washing machine cycle), which is just ridiculous. Then, and thank you for that, you sent our clothes to another cleaners without any charge. BUT they didn’t remove stains, moreover they made it even worse, leaving spots with a bleach. We asked for refund for at least most valuable 2 pcs out of spoiled 5. Total price is 50 USD. You contacted your Manager and asked him if it possible, making us wait another day for his decision. The next day we’ve seen a team of mechanics/cleaners, who disassembled the washing machines and power washed them from the inside - WOW! But what about the refund? You told us the Manager is ready to refund us with 15% of the total cost. Are you serious? We think it’s disrespectful and unacceptable. Your Manager is very smart: he pays to the mechanics and cleaners to solve the problem, but he don’t want to pay a symbolic 50 USD to his guests to solve the problem. Disrespectful x2. And we didn’t even know his name and never seen him. What an attitude! Awful noise. It’s impossible to get asleep until 1-2 am. You hear each step and talk behind the walls and especially the corridor door. One night around 12 am someone was pushing the neighbor’s door back and forth for 20 minutes in a raw talking FaceTime loudly. Problems with rearranging the booking dates. We can’t hold it anymore so we’ve decided to check out one night earlier. Asked the reception if we may count on the refund for that. No, they said, our policy doesn’t allow us to make refunds in such cases. The even didn’t take in account the laundry situation and a possibility to make a kinda “refund” that way. Please talk to booking com helpdesk - they said. Ok, contacted booking com. Their response: “As this is a partner offer reservation, booking com have a very limited rights to this type of reservations, we kindly request you to contact the property if they can resolve the issue directly with you.” So, you see, nobody is responsible, nobody can help. No refund for spoiled clothes, no refund for the night we don’t need. Not even a compliment for an apology. Awful stay. PS. I printed this text, signed it and gave it to reception personally. And got NO REACTION TO IT EITHER.

The beds a are quite hard and their isn't really any chill area except for wooden benches. The pool is nice but very shallow. Main porblem was that I needed to go the immigration office, I told them where I needed to go, and asked if I could rent a scooter, yes no problem. Get everything together and now they tell me I need to leave my passport even thought they knew where I was going and that I needed my passport. Ended up quite late to the immigration... Really dislikes places that wants your passport normally, but this was just stupid. A bit more modern countries like Malaysia don't keep your passport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
