Can't recommend this gorgeous place highly enough. Immaculate, contemporary, very well equipped apartments within a stunning characterful building. Its perfectly located just minutes from Piccadilly. The staff- Mark, Grace and Amy couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful- nothing was too much trouble. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there

Whitworth Locke - Locke Hotels Firstly the entrance & reception... Absolutely jaw dropping, so much space, elegant, fresh, chic & very luxurious. The main entrance has a bar, plenty of beautiful seating areas. A Peruvian restaurant, a coffee shop & a working space. Filled with soft lighting, great light music and plants, lots of healthy lush plants. I was greeted by Maddie, a very pleasant and helpful member of the Locke team. She helped arrange taxis, asked if I needed help with my case and was very informative of the local area. There is a lif, after a few steps... clear signage for rooms, on gentle lit halls. The studio I booked was sublime, soft textures, lots of lighting options & warm. A full kitchen, including a washing machine! Iron, ironing board... A really good size bathroom,equipped with great quality products such as shampoo etc etc. The bed was like a cloud, soft crisp linen, ample pillows, and a comfortable night's sleep. The fridge is huge, with a freezer... So if your after a good midnight snack you can cook, bake or eat treats. A very happy stay, great location you can get into town via G.A.Y across the way, or there are buses that run along the hotel, Street car Taxi service were prompt, and a fair price. Enjoy!

I booked a room over pride weekend in August and I can honestly say it was just lovely! From the building to the room I just didn't expect it to be so lovely and comfortable. The service from all the staff from the bar staff to reception. I was met on reception by a lovely girl named grace who went out of her way to help with our bags and and general places to visit. Great experience and would 100% recommend and come back! It's so nice to go somewhere and know you will come back because of the lovely service you receive! Refreshing!!!

This is the second Locke property I've stayed in, and just as nice as the first! I booked in one of the smaller city studios, which was still extremely spacious for a short stay (I think the only thing they're missing is a sofa compared to the others) and very comfortable. Great bathroom and bed, well-equipped kitchen, and enough space to sit and work/eat/relax. Easily walkable to both stations and most Manchester attractions, whilst still feeling very peaceful inside. As a solo traveller it also felt very safe, and staff were all really friendly and helpful too. I couldn't fault my stay.

Very good experience here, the hotel lounge /reception is nice and cosy, the staff was great and friendly. The breakfast/cafe bar does a nice coffee and a very big and filling breakfast, slightly on the expensive side but given the size of the portions can't complain. Had a room at ground floor next to the canal, clean, tidy and quiet. Room had what you'd expect and 2 surprising addition in the form of a yoga mat and a cool little magnet sticker that you could put over the timer to have a full blackout experience when sleeping, I must say I was very impressed with this. The reason is gave an overall 3 stars is that the check in is 4PM, which I find absolutely ridiculous, and yes I know you can pay an additional 10£ to check in "earlier" at 2PM, which I did because otherwise it would've messed up with my plans. Disappointed to see that the check in time gets pushed more and more and you have to pay extra for "early" check in, just another way to get more money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
