i booked a single room for myself and surprisingly it's not bad at all! everything is clean and the room is enough for my personal need for a stay in a short period. very comfortable! affordable and it includes breakfast too. great service and friendly staff. keep it up

simple and very minimalist room. Car parking is limited, it is outside the hotel if it is full. the place is clean and the service is friendly. quite comfortable for a 2 star hotel, only the environment is not good for children, especially at night. close to minimarkets and easy to get to eat on foot.

booked whiz falatehan superior room for 2 night but what i get is standart room with no bloody window. Ask reception for real superior room but he didnt help much. Really disatisfied my expectation for superior window room from traveloka image that has a window. Room hasnt flor mat too, its wet after taking bath. Wont comeback here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
