The Greatest Show On Earth

Stayed here for 2 nights in Mid-December. As an Orthodox Jew, this hotel was perfect. I could stay here without worrying about electronic locks or other things that would make staying at other hotels tricky on shabbos. Also, the room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. They even let me store my suitcase there before check-in time so I didn't have to drag it with me all over the area while I was waiting. Aron answered any questions I had in my emails to him. The continental breakfast was nice too. Nothing fancy, mostly cereal, yogurt, muffins, and I think there might have been oatmeal. There's also a hot water urn for coffee/oatmeal, plus a microwave in that same room. Finally, I want to thank everyone at the Wilshire Crest for helping to make my stay there so amazing!

My mom has stayed at the Wilshire crest on two separate occasions, and has nothing but rave reviews. It is minutes from the best parts of LA and walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping. I’d highly recommend it compared to the overly priced hotels in the area that surround it. She also had 5 nights of quiet sleep despite the busy surroundings!!

Got to the motel at 11pm and checked in, check in took very long, first I asked where the parking lot is (as it says parking on the booking website) and the guy told me he’ll give me a permit to park on the street (had to move the car @9am for street sweeping) and if there’s no parking left on street I’ll have to park somewhere in surrounding streets. The front desk gave me a key to the room, I open the room and it was already occupied with someone sleeping in the bed! (They gave me a different room after letting them know that someone is in the room they gave me). I asked about the breakfast and the guy at the front desk didn’t know info about it. The toilet in the room was dirty, I’m guessing it wasn’t washed from the ppl before (didn’t wanna upload pic not to disgust anyone…). The bed (actually comfortable) smelled freshly washed but had some hair on it. And there’s no outlets by the side of the beds. Could hear through every noise from the hallway. The doors are wood doors (which are usually used for closets and not entries) with a knob lock, didn’t feel safe leaving anything when going out. The ac barely worked. The WiFi was slower than slow! Breakfast should be called snacks and not breakfast. The one star that I have to give in order to write this review is for the guy at the front desk which was very nice and friendly.

This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in recent memory. Arrived for check in at 5PM, got checked in and asked for my parking pass. (per the hotel - Parking is on the street, by permit. Street parking permit is given to guests upon hotel check-in). James at the front desk informed me they had run out of passes since they had a large group check in. He stated that I would have to find street parking in a nearby neighborhood. An inconvenience, since the booking made it sound like every guest would get a permit. Went to our room, and immediately noticed it was wrong. We booked a room with two beds, since we had 3 total guests. The room given to us was a single twin size bed. Went back to speak with James who informed me there are no other rooms left due to the large group that checked in. He said that he could bring a rollaway bed to the room, which he did. It was very uncomfortable but I was out of options. Asked to speak with his manager since I was upset over the room being incorrect and the lack of parking. He informed me that the manager "Ross" would be in the next day. The next day I went to speak with Ross, who told me he is not the manager and there is nothing he could do to help. Said I would have to speak with the manager Aaron, who was currently in New York. Long story short, no one at the hotel seemed to really take ownership of the issues or really care about the hotels shortcoming. Nothing was offered in compensation. I would definitely avoid staying here in the future, its just not worth it for such poor customer service.

My experience at this hotel was outstanding, thanks to its superb location, good customer service provided by the staff, the rooms and common areas were well-maintained. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
