A beautiful stay in Croatia, the room was very clean, comfortable and the amenities were great, everything you need for an enjoyable and good nights sleep. Our host was attentive, kind and recommended some lovely places to visit. This was our first time in Croatia, and the location of this hotel was perfectly nestled on a quiet side street in the older part of town. Some recommendations from our time away in Split: Activities: • Keke National Park (Booker, Travel Agency via TripAdvisor) We visited here on a day trip, leaving from Split. It was a great trip, a must if you’re up for a full day trip that doesn’t break the bank. It was beautiful! • Sunset Cruise (Polaris Split), this was our highlight of the holiday. It’s a two hour cruise with a live band, free bar and luxurious boat. A 10/10 trip! • Blue Lagoon boat trip, again a full day trip out. I’d recommend finding one with a smaller boat as ours had a capacity of 130 people which made it cramped, still an excellent day though and value for money. • Kastelet Beach, a ten minute drive away this beautiful beach is a must if you want to swim or have a lazy day. It’s €5.50 in a Bolt (taxi, Download the app onto your phone) or €8 in an Uber. They also have a great bar. We were told by a local skipper not to swim on the beach in the town due to the cruise ships, the water isn’t clean. So recommend going here. Restaurants: One of us is a vegetarian, these restaurants are great for both meat eaters and veggies. • Ciri Biri Bella. This is a five minute walk from the hotel, just head down the road and it’s on your left. It’s recently gone viral on TikTok so do book if you’re going for an evening meal. In the morning, they do an excellent breakfast but be prepared to wait around 30 minutes, the queue goes down much quicker than we expected. • Konoba Fratelli. If you love fresh pizza, this is a great choice. • Artičok. Again, close by, this is a great atmospheric restaurant with excellent food, customer service and cocktails. • Mlinar Pekare, People Square. This is a lovely bakery where we often visited before day trips out. The pastries and cheap and of good quality, we preferred it much more to the bakery next to the hotel. • Gelateria Emiliana. Incredible, freshly made Ice Cream. Again, very popular because of TikTok but for all of the right reasons. If you walk past you see them making the ice cream freshly all day. Only €2 a scoop! Expect to queue. I recommend the pistachio/Berry/Greek Yogurt and Mango or Kinder Bueno (as you can see we went several times, it was that good).

Beautiful small boutique hotel in a great location in old town Split. Duje, the manager, is extremely helpful and accommodating. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Our family of 5 booked the 3 rooms- which was perfect for our needs. One of the rooms has a balcony and small kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

We had a superb stay in Wind rose Split. The room is lovely and clean. Superfriendly, helpful and flexible host that even offered us a great breakfast in a fancy and supercosy restaurant. The location is perfect as well. We would highly recommend Wind rose Split.

Me and my cousin stayed for 5 nights for the first time in Croatia. The price was reasonable and was happy to say it was a good pick as had a few other options to choose from! The interior is nice and modern with a really comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and enough space. Plenty of toilet tissue and a very nice washroom with a walk in shower, the floor pattern is a beautiful choice! Towels are included and a small kettle and fridge. There is an amazing park near by, but beware of taking the long way up through the forest as its abit of a hiki! There is a few small super markets around, loads of cash machines. The square is about 15mins walk with loads of restaurants to choose from! We was recommended a breakfast in the square that was the best we had while we was there! The host was very was amazing! He did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. If we did need anything or any help finding places, he would be right there to answer right away! 5 star service! Thank you for everything :)

I had a pleasure to stay at this cozy place and eat really nice breakfast at nearby restaurant. The public parking is only few meters from apartment. Host meet me on check-in and showed me where is the best place to park and cheap places to eat out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
