Room was very big and spacious but few things could have been done better example the bathroom floor is was dirty and the lamp in the room was dusty also the Tv was very outdated! Like you could watch nothing using it. But anyways it was a great stay since this place as a nice view and quiet. There’s plenty shop beside this apartment too so u could easy grab some food. Deposit was Rm200 and check in time should accurately be 3.00pm earliest they cannot make it!

I stayed at windmill upon hills for a day before going to Genting highlands resort. The stay was ok with clean room and washroom. First let off was long waiting queue at the reception almost 45 minutes to check in even though I had made full payment in advance. Room does not have many amenities but the roof on top is a major attraction with swimming pool and a great view of the hills. There are not many options for food and one has to walk 10 minutes to reach a nearby area which houses food joints like Starbucks and has couple of seven eleven stores. The resort does provide complimentary van to Genting premium outlet mall but has to be booked in advance as seats are limited.

Check-in time is strictly 3pm( non negotiable) and check out time is 11am... i arrived lobby at 2.15pm...the reception don't even allow to check in earlier even by 10 minute earlier before 3pm...reason was they need enough time to clean the room. Everyone was forced to wait for the golden time at 3pm sharp....please be prepared to queue for at least 30minute....in my case I queued for 30min and the moment I get the key and rushed to my room...to my surprise the room was not even cleaned with maggi cup and cigarette butt in the same glass the hotel provided to guest. ( mine are supposed to be non smoking room). Again I have to go down to the lobby again and made my complain to change another clean room..what an experience....should be first and last for me....toilet are not clean with stain at the shower area...smelly toilets. Facility's like swimming pool sauna and gym were good though. Beware of the check out time near 11am as all the lift will be fully occupied. Suggest to check out earlier before 11 to avoid long waiting time.

Cooling. Sufficient facilities to occupy your times if you are a retired person. Nearby well developed with shops and restaurants. Easy to get daily foods and needs. Need to have proper planning when using the lifts. Avoid using the lift during peak hours between 11.30am - 1.30pm during guests check out time. Other than this, good place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
