        The only redeeming thing about this place was the heated pool, that's it. They're mostly serviced apartments, so while there's a kettle and mugs in the room, you still gotta bring your own hot drink and food options. Also, don't get me started on the asinine check in and out rules. Once is enough.

        To summarize my experience here: 1. The check-in process was incredibly lengthy. The advertised check-in time was 3 pm, but when I arrived at 2:40 pm, they told me I couldn't register until 3 pm, causing a frustratingly long and slow line. 2. The room's toilet had a strong and unbearable odor, making it difficult to breathe. 3. The water heater didn't work as expected, providing only 3-5 minutes of hot water. 4. The check-out time of 11 am felt like a joke. Most hotels, even 5-star ones, have a standard check-out time of 12 pm. 5. This place felt more like a private apartment with minimal facilities rather than a hotel or suite. The elevator management was terrible, with a 30-minute wait on the 37th floor. 6. It's not suitable for families with children due to the inconvenient check-in/out times, lack of amenities like tea and coffee, no provided drinking water, broken TV remote control and fan, and a hefty RM200 deposit. In short, this will be my last time booking here.

        Never book this hotel We came over here at 11pm and they said they will bring our luggage but after 2 hours when our luggage was still not arrived l went to the counter since the room had cockroaches and the towels and bedsheets were dirty. Plus they didn't even have any water bottles or RO. The person at the counter was very rude and was talking back. He said I will send someone to check and after some time he massaged me to come at the counter to take the other room's keyboard so I sent my daughter. That person was telling my daughter that your father was shouting at the guests in the lobby. Then he called all of us in the lobby (including my 6 year old son) at 12:45 in the night and said that you have take your luggage by yourself and there is no bell boy. The new room was also very unhygienic. Very unprofessional

        This is our first and last time staying at this hotel. When we booked through Agoda, it stated early check-in and late check-out. We arrived around 1:30, and despite it being peak season, the front desk informed us that early check-in was not allowed. We understood and waited in the crowded lobby. By 2 pm, I approached the front desk to ask about any required forms or a numbering system to facilitate a smooth transition at 3 pm. The front desk, occupied with a phone, rudely replied, 'No, fill in the form at 3 pm.' We decided to wait in front of the front desk, witnessing a growing queue of guests. At 2:45, the queue was long, and guests started approaching the front desk for information, but the staff displayed unacceptable rudeness, showing displeasure to the guests. The lack of professionalism was evident. Many elderly people were waiting outside, and there was no effort to expedite the check-in/out process. The check-in/out area also seemed random, and queuing was risky. Upon entering the room, we encountered issues with a smelly toilet and slow water flow, accompanied by stains. The check-out process added to the disappointment. Staying on the 15th floor, we waited extensively for the lift, which didn't stop at our floor. Worried about potential penalties for late check-out, we decided to take the stairs, an unexpected experience for us. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Considering the price, one would expect better hospitality. The staff seemed untrained, and I would advise caution before booking, as it could negatively impact your holiday mood. Not recommended at all.

        this is managed by flashsuites. we stayed for one night which is Deepavali. our room is missing the aircon and fridge. there are 4 pillows which is great. the place is packed. lifts are super slow. the staff is kind enough to let us deposit our luggage before checking in and after checking out. assistance via WhatsApp to get to our room is speedy. very much appreciated. the view is amazing, we could see the sun rise from our bed if not for the thick clouds/mist. the price of the room is doubled during Deepavali. we stayed the same place for the previous 4 nights at half the price. book early or avoid during holidays.
