This hotel has a great view of Copacabana beach (if you book a room with view ) and an amazing breakfast. But Check in is very burocratic and slow. Also we had problems for sleeping the most of the time we stayed there. There were a group of people closing to our room receiving guests during night for sexual meetings (homosexual group) and they were very noisy and knocked the door very hard at 4:00am every day! We talked to the manager and he said nothing he could do to stop them. Just offered us another room if we wanted. It's incredible how a hotel 4 stars don't have security enough and can't control the entrance of strangers in the hotel! Anybody can go there in the middle of the night for sexual meetings with key or not ! It's a big shame!

Please be aware this hotel SCAMS with check-out! Instead of the charged items of the room the hotel charged the whole deposit! Apparently nobody from the customer service or management has time to reply on our mails. The front desk lady assured us we would get our deposit back within few days. But unfortunately, this hotel left a really bad after taste! Really nice location of the hotel. The check-in process went really smooth and with a lot of attention. The room was clean and big enough. The view of the room was killer. However, one thing bothered us that you have to pay for coffee cups! Which is insane for a 4 star hotel. I have never seen this before anywhere in the world.

Fantastic location! We chose to stay here for our anniversary and opted for an ocean view room, which was definitely worth it! Our stay would have been excellent if it has not been for our check-in and check-out process. It would be nice to have the person look at you and say hello! It is unfortunate Thiago was our first and last impression of the hotel. Otherwise, I would recommend.

The hotel is supposed to be an upscale luxury hotel, although it’s not bad I wouldn’t describe it as something super luxurious. The rooms are also quite loud with thin walls. The one upside to this hotel is that it is across the street from the beach so at least the location is good.

My room was infested with cockaroaches. Stay away from room 103. When I mean infested, I came back and found 5 huge cockaroaches. This was the second day that we were staying there. They all ran into the little hole in the wall. I told reception and they upgraded my room. Breakfast is fantastic. Location is good.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
