Attentive to our needs from checking in to room service to breakfast service, bag handling, door opening, security, the lot, they were smart, polite and courteous, friendly and comical …. We had a very nice room. Spacious and comfortable, even if the view wasn’t that nice. It is wheelchair chair accessible but the water leaks out of the shower stall to the whole bathroom, making it a hazard when walking. It would be nice to have some beach chairs and umbrellas too. Specially high chairs for people with mobility issues. These are the reasons why one star is out. The staff, on the other hand, is flawless: they are friendly, helpful, polite, and go beyond their way to make you happy. My special gratitude to them. Breakfast is very good, fresh and diverse. Plenty of fruits, juices (I miss coconut water), pastries, yogurts, etc. A great value for your money, if you want to enjoy and relax Copacabana beach and all the facilities that this lively, cultural and commercial neighborhood, full of some of the best restaurants in town (including the fantastic Italian restaurant at Windsor Miramar) has to offer. I LOVED IT!

While the breakfast at this establishment may have been small with few options, the quality of the food was still excellent. Even though the selection may have been limited, the flavors were on point and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Plus, the small breakfast size made it easier to try other local restaurants for breakfast and experience more of the local cuisine. As for the bedroom, it was indeed a bit on the small side. However, it was still comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. While the AC may have leaked some water, the staff was quick to address the issue and make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the proximity to the beach and other great restaurants was a huge plus. Being able to easily walk to the beach or explore the local food scene without having to travel far was incredibly convenient. Overall, while there were a few minor downsides, they were outweighed by the positives of the experience. The delicious breakfast, comfortable room, and convenient location all made for an enjoyable stay. I would still recommend this establishment to others looking for a beachside vacation with plenty of local charm.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
