For the price this place is great value! Rooms are slightly dated, but still very spacious. We had the twin room but asked for the beds to be put together and had no issues. Very comfortable beds. The staff were all lovely, especially those that greet you as you come in and out of the hotel. Gym and pools are all very good (again for the price) but obviously not as nice as some of the infinity pools you see at newer hotels. Location is good, not too far from the sights of District 1. A free shuttle service is offered by the hotel to central HCM by appointment, but Grab Taxi's are so cheap we never used it. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time!

The hotel was nice but need some renovations. All of the stuff who are working in the hotel were very nice. Specially the staff on the ground floor. Always wanted to help out. The pool on the roof was not bad but the deck need to be replaced. Me and my children enjoyed the warm bubble pool. One of the greatest thing is the silence of the room. We were living in the 19th floor and did not heard any sound of traffic.

The staff members at the hotel were all quite pleasant, especially the staff on the ground floor, they always wanted to lend a hand. The rooftop pool quite cool, my family and I enjoyed the heated bubble pool. The room was quiet.

Great hotel! Rooftop pool has great views. Rooms are big, bathroom is spacious, sitting area is a nice touch. Happy hour was tremendous with food and free drinks. Walking distance to stores. Highly recommend.

When we check in room was not clean enougth. Under the desk we fond lots of dusk with spidernest and under beds was not wacum and mope the floor. Under My sons extra bed was very dirty a lots of dust. And we are 4 ppl in this family room and only got 3 bottles of water.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
