I came for 3d2n stay. It was near to famous local food place (Le Thanh Dong road). This 2 star hotel is truly worth it as in VN there are many fake 2star hotel that is just same like motel and charging the same as this place. Room was well furnished,wooden flooring,cozy and simple. My clothes were wet and i requested to let me hang dry on rooftop,so they assisted me, and i had a good glance at the cityview. Good experience!

My wife and I stayed here last night. Both the beds had dirty sheets which they came up and changed. The small bathroom was not cleaned and there was 2 used toothbrushes and toothpaste sitting by the sink. Would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

This hotel is a gem. Brand new , modern, clean , the owner and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very bright. The price for a room is very reasonable Excellent location in the center of Dong Hoi and very near the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stay here for 1 night to catch the flight next morning back to SG, reasonable price 400k vnđ for 1 night stay, room is tidy and spacious. One thing I don't like is like many other hotels in VN they will keep your ID/passport during the stay and return when you check-out

Everything was wonderful. They've got a very nice big room, good services and wonderful staff. Moreover, it's easier to get access to many tourist attraction sites. This should be a great consideration for those who like to travel to Quang Binh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
