Winford Manila is our go-to hotel and the hotel we’ve visited the most in the last couple of years. There’s just a lot of things to like about the hotel. The location is great. It’s right in front of SM City San Lazaro so it’s easy to just cross the road over to the mall if you need anything or if you want to go for a quick food run. Speaking of food, the hotel breakfast is one of our favorites. They have a good selection of food that’s actually delicious. Room service was also pleasantly reasonably priced. Other hotels have annoyingly high prices for room service but here it’s quite reasonable. You still have an option to get something delivered through Grab or go to SM to eat if you want to eat cheaper. Speaking of cheaper, make sure to check their Facebook page for promotions. They usually have big discounts on rooms so make sure to check before booking. The rooms are priced well to begin with so even if you don’t get a discount, you’re still getting a bang for your buck. The staff are generally attentive, helpful, and friendly. They’re also very accommodating if you need anything. Security guards probably need a bit of training, I’d have to say. But they’re not bad. Just not as overly friendly as other hotel staff. What we like the most is probably the heated pool. I’d like to emphasize this one, they have a heated pool! Imagine going for a nice relaxing swim at night. This is something you should try if you haven’t experienced it already. And the pool is not hot, it’s relaxingly warm. Makes me want to go back just thinking about it. One more thing, the pool is intelligently designed where there's a shallow area at the side of the pool so adults can still enjoy swimming even when they're looking after their kids. It's just brilliant! By the way, if you’re concerned about the casino and you’re planning to stay with children, don’t worry. The casino area is totally separate from the hotel. You won’t even know there’s a casino unless you look for it. And even if you do find it, your kids won’t be able to enter anyway. Overall, we highly recommend the Winford Manila hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Manila. The service is excellent, the food is tasty, the facilities are superb, and the location is ideal. It is definitely one of the best hotels in Manila.

The place is elegant and has a very approachable staff, but to those 1st timers, the main entrance of the hotel is on the left side. Where there are no stairs you need to climb and it is directly pointed to the main lobby, with assisting bells boys and staff. They also offer breakfast hotels to every staying client. Swimming pools are warm and nice to swim without worrying about being cold while having splurge. But I noticed that the life guards are not in swimming attire, and pools are not that spacious, but can accommodate at least 20pax to experience a good space to swim. They are not strict in letting their towels to use up to your rooms, they allow it but only checked in clients are allowed to use their pools no walk in, the same with other facilities. They have a bar beside the pool but you are not allowed to bring any food amd beverages near the pool area. There is no umbrella or a cottage with shed, which not good if weather is rainy. They required a cash check in deposit, no cards to swipe on just cash for only 2500.

The place is good, cozy and a perfect place to relax and unwind. Although, swimming is not accessible at night the place is still awesome. A perfect place for a family bonding, couples, staycation and all.

Called twice to try to get more toilet paper but we never got any. Expected better services for the room rate that they’re charging. They’re charging around 2800 for airport transfer whereas with Grab you could probably get to airport around 300 piso. Heard a lot of good stuff about this place but I must say I am very disappointed. Location was very good though.

Big function rooms. Accessible location just at the back of SM San Lazaro. Ample parking spaces. But the smell of smoke greets you at the entrance from the casino.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
