Bella at the front desk was our first introduction to the hotel, and she was very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and exactly as I expected. Would stay here again! Edited * upon leaving, Jennifer was absolutely amazing in helping us. We interacted with her twice, and she was always so cheerful and kind! Will stay here again, not only because of the clean rooms and great location (5 min away from metro), but because of the friendly, kind staff that was always helpful and cheery! Thanks guys!

The room was clean, the check-in experience was fast, the mini fitness center was well-kept, and there's free breakfast. Considering it's only one stop from Manhattan, it's a really good deal at less than $110 a night. Admittedly, the surrounding area may feel sketchy to some but the hotel never felt unsafe to me since you have to use your keycard to enter after a certain time. 10/10 would book again if the need for a staycation arose again.

Very beautiful and spacious lobby and very friendly helpful front desk people that greet you and always smile at you. There is a snack area and the snacks are a bit overpriced. The dining area has bugs but there’s a tv and the breakfast was filling (bagels, toast, cereal, juice). Lots of space to run around and a high table and a computer area and a sitting area with coffee tables. Nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a long table and a spacious wardrobe. Something that I didn’t like was that there’s not much light. There’s only some lamps and a strip light on the bed frame. The bathroom is a bit small but modern and the shower was great.

I stayed there 4 nights and had a great stay! The hotel and room was very clean and the staff were wonderful. The location was great too. It was right on the other side of the bridge of Manhattan's Upper East side. I was able to walk the bridge to Manhattan. When I made a mistake in my reservation they were very understanding and accommodating. The hotel was also quiet. It's one of the best hotels in the area for the price.

I stayed on 16th floor, facing Manhattan which had a wonderful view. My family arrived a bit early than the check-in time but staff members kindly check us in. Alex and Jennifer were super friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is perfect if you are planning to spend your day in Manhattan. F train stop is just 5 min away from hotel and it takes few stops to the times square.
