Small reception area. Breakfast fills the hole but not great. Coffee machine sometimes doesn't work. Ran out of fruit. No real juice, nasty stuff that tastes like Kool aid. Views are ugly as it's next to industrial area and overlooks highway. Small pool and very small gym. Our key cards kept failing--hotel said we were keeping our key too close to other credit cards. I didn't have this problem when we were at a Marriott for several days prior. I also did not like the decor. Sorry, just felt severely downgraded after several days in Orlando area. Bathroom was nice tho.

Nice hotel very close to the airport. The hotel has personality with nice decoration and comfortable and spacious room. Hot breakfast was ok. Parking was easy and it felt safe but the EV chargers are not working. Super friendly check-in staff as well as attentive staff during breakfast. If you need an overnight hotel near the airport, this is a good place. For a longer stay, it's also good but you will need a car as there is not much in terms of tourist attractions on the vicinity of the hotel. All and all, it was a pleasant stay and the hotel is recommended.

We had a an overnight stay prior to taking a cruise. The Wingate is a quiet, clean place. The staff was very accommodating, and they have a great breakfast buffet. They also coordinate transportation to and from the cruise port. My only suggestion for them is to extend the hours of their airport shuttle. It ends at 8 pm. We arrived after that and had to take a taxi.

I genuinely have no clue how did this hotel made it to the rating of 4.2. First of all, they say that there is a shuttle to the airport but only at limited times. Second, the rooms are so loud, we literally heard every word of conversation in the room next to us. Third, the breakfast is so bad, I was scared to eat not to poison myself. Location is good.

It was below my expectations. Breakfast is very poor. The pillows, towels are bad quality and need to be renewed. I don't recomend. Maybe you can get something better for the same price.
