We stayed here between Christmas and New Years for our first visit to Key West. Let’s start with the positives… 1. The property is really cute and feels special. The bungalow style felt private and the grounds are super lush with lovely landscaping. 2. Keith, the bartender is wonderful and makes a great drink. He gave us several recommendations that helped throughout the vacation, from meals, to live entertainment, and how to score a last minute reservation at Latitudes. That’s about it… TL/DR: This isn’t the Kimpton you know or luxury you’d expect for over $600/night. If you’re interested in more details… 1. POOR SERVICE - We found the people at the front desk generally unwelcoming. The woman working when we checked-in barely looked up when we walked in. Zero effort was made to help accommodate an early check-in. There is no secure storage for luggage until your room is ready - you’re just supposed to leave everything sitting in the middle of the lobby. They do not offer waters in the room, or anything like that. At the complimentary breakfast there were never any spoons. We heard this sentiment echoed from other hotel guests. 2. POOL EXPERIENCE - The pool areas are small, though that didn’t bother us as much as the fact that they are poorly designed. Most areas are shady and it’s difficult to orient the chairs to in the sun. There were basically never towels readily available. When we asked for more the response was that they were being washed… why not just get an appropriate quantity of towels? 3. ROOMS - While we found the room adequate in size and maintained well enough, there did seem to be a ventilation or A/C issue. It smelled and felt wet. We’d get dressed in fresh clothes, but they always felt damp. I know it’s the Keys, but I’ve stayed in plenty or tropical/humid climates where this was not an issue. This property was an overall disappointment.

The rooms are very small but have a great atmosphere. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Main Street, and the surroundings are really lovely. They have two swimming pools, a bar, and sometimes live music. It's truly a good place to stay. However, don't bring big luggage if you have booked the standard room.

Winslow’s Bungalows - Key West, Florida was absolutely amazing. We loved the grounds. The landscaping, the paths, all of the sitting areas, everything. The pools were very nice. We spent hours in the heated pool by the lobby. Our room was very special. The walk in shower was PERFECT. We just loved just about everything about this location. We even enjoyed the passion fruit beer (locally brewed). In our opinion there are only two things that they could improve on: 1. A desk in our room 2. A better mattress. We highly recommend this location. We will stay here again in the future. We are already discussing when we can return.

It is not the Kimpton brand but is being advertised as such. When we asked, we were told……”we haven’t changed our website yet”. Our “king patio room” was very small. The a/c was loud, and rattled. The landscaping was lush throughout. But our patio was dead and needed to be raked. The furniture was cheaply done. Breakfast also! Disappointed for paying over $500, a night!

Mixed emotions about the Winslow bungalows. On one hand the property was beautiful and relaxing- rooms good size, 2 pools, close to Duval and staff was kind. But I must say I’m a little disappointed on a few things. 1. We were only given two bath towels in the room no extras or anything. 2. I paid for 2 rooms with a balcony because a balcony was a must have. Well when I check in I learn that while they advertise a balcony- we are locked in the room and have zero access to the balcony. All I heard when was we false advertised on a $800 a night room. 3. The bar is only open until 7 pm so no chance of getting a late drink on the way back to the room. 4.The breakfast gets taken away too quick, atleast leave out the coffee it was 10 am. Will I be returning? No, but if you are looking for a cute hideaway to relax this is good for you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
