        Got really worried reading the bad comments but the experience was nothing like that. We got a room on level 52, and the view was out of this world. The room was clean, the elevators were usable. They notified the bond beforehand and released it on time. It only took less than 10 mins on tram to the CBD. There’s nothing else i can ask for, 100% will be back for my next stay in Melbourne.

        Room was beautiful with a beautiful view, but was very dodgy in the sense that all of the elevators were broken and we took the stairs and the doors were broken. People got stuck for hours in elevators and we were stuck in stairwell. Staff friendly. Had to leave early and swap hotels.

        Online pictures do not give a true representation of this apartment! Couch, carpets, mattresses, pillows, linen all heavily stained. Bathroom was dirty with hair in the corners of bathroom floor & in shower. Sofa bed was broken so unable to be used. Dining chairs were broken as screws were missing so unsafe to be used. Dishwasher & fridge both stunk. Cigarette butts on balcony. Smoke alarms were both disconnected. Furniture in both bedrooms & lounge were all damaged. Limited amenities, no access to pool or gym. Only 1 lift in use for whole building & that was broken 4 of the 5 days. Only 1 set of keys, so unable to do separate activities. Interrupted by a fire inspection that was meant to be carried out on the day we checked out. All in all a very disappointing experience. Do not recommend this place at all!

        Can’t even rate this place, firstly we checked in and was told there was a slurpee stain on the floor, entered the room, couch was stained, 2 bdrm apartment was so small we had 4 adults staying and couldn’t even fit luggage in the second bedroom, bathroom was tiny couldn’t put toilet back anywhere. Toilet leaked, was not clean, no face washer supplied. They took a $300 bond and took 4 weeks to return it. The car park was a nightmare, you had to enter via a lane way at the back then go through a lobby to a lift then from that lift into another lift, they charged $30 per night and the underground car park smelt like a tip, the stench was unbearable. To check out of the car park you had to call them and they came to get your keys. The location was ok, but any hotel in melbourne is a good location, do your self a favour and spend your money in a nicer hotel for the same amount of money they are charging. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to stay here and would never stay here again

        they have no care for your bond refund which is $500 and will only release it once you’ve taken the time to call and text several times. They also don’t notify about the bond charge until after you’ve booked, a few days before your check-in. Don’t waste your time and money. It is very unprofessional.
