Ok for 1 night, but not as good as expected from the ratings. You hear everything (Kids in the pool, Music from the bar, your neighbors having sexy time). No electricity for some hours, not even the water worked. The Toilet is the shower. So you can actually not use it for some hours after u had a shower. In addition it seems like only French people are welcome…

I was here with my son and my mom and we all loved it. The pool is very nice to relax and the restaurant has good food too. The breakfast is good and healthy. The Location is not perfect but by motorbike or foot you can go to the nice spots within 10-20 min. (Lamai Beach/night market/ grandfather Rock etc.) We will come again !

Overall our stay in this hotel was nice. Location is perfect for those who like peace and quiet. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful, and really gives you the impression that you can ask him anything. Also all hotel staff is very nice, polite and makes you feel welcomed in this hotel. There was very intense smell of the air freshener in the 2nd floor room when we moved in and since I am very sensitive to the smells the hotel owner kindly moved us to another room on the first floor. Room on the first floor was much bigger and also looked much better. Only room minus was that during the heavy rain whole bathroom was wet, because in a place of large window area is a fine mesh. There were also lot of ants, but they don't do any harm to the hotel guests, so it is ok to share the room with these neighbors. Rooms were clean, but I would recommend to the hotel staff to change the towels for the guests each day, because especially during the rainy days there is no option for guests to dry them and by the end of the second day those towels already start to have bad smell. Breakfast offer is very tasty, but each day the same. Pool was very clean and we liked the fact that it was private. By private I mean, that we were almost the only ones who used it. And this hotel is definitely a very family friendly place.

Very nice hotel and very helpful owner. The room was clean and the pool and front garden invite you to relax. Calm area, so we slept well. I can definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you for the nice stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
