Usually I avoid hostels, but the hotel prices were high on Saturday night and this hostel was a good choice. The location is great and just a few minutes to the train station and a huge supermarket near Aeon. Individual shower rooms provided with space to change your clothes in private and the bathroom is spacious and heated. Laundry facilities available (300 to wash). Umbrellas provided for guests to borrow-thank you. The lounge is a bit cramped and busy. There is a microwave and fridge in the lounge. I like that the beds have black curtains for privacy. Would like for room to have luggage lockers, but for one night it was fine.

I’ve never stayed at a hostel before and my experience at this hostel was very pleasant. The sleeping arrangements were clean and comfortable. There are plenty of showers and a washing machine and dryer, for a fee. There is a large refrigerator to store your food on the first floor. Yuka, the woman at the front desk, was super helpful and very friendly. She gave me recommendations for places to visit nearby. I only speak English and I had no issues in terms of communication, as the staff speak both Japanese and English.

Staff were amazing with us, they were very very attentive and caring. I went with a friend whose knee was injured and they did their best to show us where to get medicines and everything we needed. The shower and room were very comfy and clean, we slept so well! Ookini!!

Bed bugs here. Room 8-3 and 8-4. On December 22, 2023, my girlfriend slept on top of our bunk bed and got smashed by more then 25 bites... Staff here deserves ***** cause they are awesome. They switch us room right away after the first night of five. If you don't mind bed bugs it's definitely a good option, we mind, so it's one star. ***Same stories in Wise Owl Shibuya, Tokyo. I got beat up this time and no option of changing room.

Best hostel I’ve ever been to. Clean. Clean and very nice services. Actually better than some hotels but a better value. A kitchen to cook your own food. Laundry and very nice shower rooms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
