The receptionists are very friendly and nice. The rooftop is my favorite place. Interior design is unique and exciting. I left my valuable jewellery inside the room. The housekeeper kept it in place, no one touched it. Good food and great wine. Cocktails are a must-try. I love the atmosphere of the bar. Be prepared. Cars can not enter the alley and drop off in front of the entrance.

My husband and I stayed at Wittmore about a week ago and had a wonderful experience! There were a few things that I think could have been changed or improved, but overall a 5 star vacation. Let's start with the Wittmore staff. They were incredible. Every single person we encountered: behind the desk, servicing the room, behind the bar, in the restaurant, were all so helpful, kind, attentive, responsive. They really made everything so easy, whether it was giving us directions, calling for a taxi, getting things we needed in the room; whatever we needed-- was done quickly and with a smile. The location is perfect. Hidden in a small street in the Gothic Quarter, tucked so far into this alley that it made it very quiet. My only complaint would be that there is a bit of clutter on the street at times, but the staff at the hotel did clean up directly in front of the hotel. We walked everywhere, for the most part, although we had to take a taxi to certain destinations, but not many. One of the nice amenities of the hotel is the mini bar and frequent snacks that are in your room. Gin, tonic, lemons, limes, beer, chips, candy are all there for your consumption and are replenished when needed. Also, throughout our week-long stay, we had additional surprise snacks like fruit and cake. That's a nice touch. The hotel is small and adults only. The rooms are categorized by size and we chose small, knowing we wouldn't be in it too often. It did live up to that description (there is actually a smaller room called "tiny"), although it was very nicely appointed and there was a long entranceway that gave us a bit of additional space. I have two complaints, however. The first is, the rooms all face onto a center courtyard, which is lovely, with a vertical garden that is so special. That said, our room was on the first floor, therefore didn't get much light. The rooms are very dimly lit to begin with, so at times (most times) it was difficult to see. My suggestion would be to get better lighting in the bathroom at least, so there would be a place to put on makeup, get dressed, etc. Also in regard to the bathroom, there was enough unused space where there could have been additional hooks on the wall to hang things, a little table in the corner to put toiletries on, and even a built in bench in the very large shower, for things like shaving your legs. Some additional hooks in the entryway would also be helpful, especially since we had coats which took up a bit of the closet space. Despite those few small inconveniences, all the positive experiences made our stay so lovely and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice, perfect for a quiet get away. The stuff was nice and welcoming although some times over welcoming because in several times they entered the room with out asking. The breakfast was not the best you choose one main course and one suite and that’s it! The hotel is located in a small path that car’s can’t reach and it’s a little bit scary especially at night. Overall it’s a good hotel but I won’t categorise it as luxury.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights last week and absolutely LOVED it! Friendly and helpful staff, charming bar area, beautiful rooftop with 360 degree views, comfortable and nicely equipped rooms with open-air balconies over the courtyard, and an incredible 3-course breakfast that can't be beat. You basically stumble upon this place amongst the labyrinth that is the gothic quarter but it's only a block or two away from taxi's/bus stop. Great location and a truly authentic experience. So awesome.

Really cool location. TONS of great restaurants in the area. probably walked past 20 restaurants I wish we had time to go to. everything we tried was amazing. room was great. by far the most comfortable hotel bed ive ever slept in!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
