Mostly empty apartments with doors still plastic-sealed. Oftentimes hallway smells like sewer. The unit I stayed in smelled perfectly fine although construction seems sub-par and not a place I'd personally invest in. Noise insulation is good. The pool seemed clean but the ledge exposed to the sun could use some better cleaning and maintenance. Gym is spacious enough, but lacks cleaning spray and wipe. There is a meeting room and a common area as well as a laundry room, all located on the 10th floor with the exercise area.

The place is very clean. The rooms come with a kitchen and utensils. It also had a washing machine where we were able to wash our clothes. If you go to floor 10 you can find the dryers. The staff were very friendly. Its located in a great location since its close to a 7/11 if you want to buy snacks, its close to a few restaurants but most importantly its close to the train station. I 100% recommend!!!

AVOID * Very rude and bad management staffs. I stayed there for 8 months and they accused me of smoking in my room ( i never smoked in my life ). and when I refused to pay, they sent the police to my room to take money from me. it was very uncomfortable. They make mistake on electricity bills every month. the gym is never cleaned and smells very bad. The pool is not cleaned and all broken. All the pictures online are very old from when the building opened, don't get fooled.

Pro: The room is very new and clean There is a kitchen inside the room The location is so convenience, next to the bts ( 2 min walk) Con: The central staff are very rude, lack of responsibility. They are not professional. They talk about the residence behind their back😥😥😥 It is necessary to be changed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
