The staff is great when they clean they pay attention to detail I would highly recommend this place I’ve been staying here >6 months feels like home. Just really wish the internet came from a provider that was seriously capable of handling the job VERY aggravating (tech support is in my contact list and I call them often) Overall though this a great place to stay. Update: Here I am 11 months later and haven’t left it’s just nice being close to my mom. And I can’t say enough good things about this place they treat us well. As the time is coming to move soon I realize I’m gonna miss this place all the good things about a nice hotel but long term. Thanks Jeremy, Lisa and the night crew (I work nights and I’m a night owl) for making this a comfortable stay!

This is our third stay with these folks and they remain some of the friendliest around!A good bit of the staff is still the same from our first visit 2 yrs ago and recognized us upon sight. Hotel is always clean and while more on the side of "fewer frills" they are an awesome company. Hotel has a small gym; laundry room, free coffee/tea for your stay. Rooms are "bare floor," and basic efficiency apartment-like. Just walking in the front door you smell cleanness.

If you're coming here for any other reason than proximity to the highway, turn around. The manager hired her friend and all of her children (each of them lazier than the next) to work here. They're often not on site or asleep in rooms. In most cases, the guests are complaining to the manager about her own family/friend. The police is out here frequently and housekeepers have been known to steal from the rooms. Did I mention that racism is rewarded with a new room or employment on premises and that they'll open your mail? Unless this is your only option, don't do it.

The property was well managed it was very secure and clean I didn't have to worry about parking my motorcycle in the parking lot nor my car. I stay there for 7 months while working in Columbus. The Hilliard property was close to shopping and restaurants which made it easier for me. Linda the manager went above and beyond to make sure all guests were taken care of and satisfied. I would highly recommend staying there while in Columbus Ohio.
