        Meh I’m not saying this is the worst hotel/suites I’ve stayed but it’s definitely on the lower end. Here’s my honest opinion Pros: It’s very cheap, good for long stays Near Chinatown Have a kitchen Professional front staff No roaches or bed bugs (I read the reviews before bookings and …. Big mistake.) also the fact that i stay on the higher floor may contribute to the lack of roaches. Cons: If you’re a light sleeper, you don’t want to stay here. The toilet, fridge and AC constantly make noise. The bed is decent, but the blanket have lint everywhere. Make it’s extremely uncomfy to use. I notice the thief-ing accusation and don’t wanna play into it. But… one of my bracelets disappeared and I can’t found it anywhere, do whatever you want with this information Rooms, hallway and elevator have extremely weird smell. Since this hotel having a non- smoking policy, I expected that I can go on my day without smelling it, but it’s everywhere. It can be a quick fix if you bring any body spray or perfume with you.

        They do not make your bed. There is no clean towel or linen service. Nobody throws away your trash. This is basically like a youth hostel where you have to rough it. Do Not recommend.

        Terrible experience the restroom door had a whole in the bathroom was for a handicap individual and they over charged me for two nights I will never stay here again I'll go to another location. And the fat new bugged eyed lady with the wig horrible customer service she sucks I'm not sure what she is but she definitely needs to find another profession the other ladies are cool and was professional my stay there. Overall experience I would say a two

        Reserved online for 3 nights. I called at 8 pm and spoke with a girl. I let her know that i had a reservation and that I was going to come in late. She said if we came in after 10 pm we will have to use the phone to call for someone to come downstairs but nothing else, she didn't even ask for my name. We came in and used the phone. After calling 3 times another girl answers and says she does not have rooms. When i told her I had a reservation she said AFTER 6 THE RESERVATIONS ARE RESET. In other words if you are not in by 6 theyll get rid of ur reservation. Keep that in mind.
