The worst two days of my life. Wanted some peace so I paid for two days and ended up not getting no rest. The room smelled moldy, the floor looked to not have been swept nor mopped. Hair over the restrooms🤢🤢. I brought my blanket and covered up in it for some form of comfort. I bought air fresheners, plug ins just to hide the smell. I couldn’t even eat nor shower because I was so disgusted. I informed the front desk the first and second day nothing was done. I wouldn’t let my animal stay here AB’s you guys should be ashamed. I didn’t use nothing if a towel to clean the toilet seat🤢. I’ll never refer anyone here!!!!

Worst freaking experience EVER!!! These reviews are true! The most unsanitary place to ever stay! There were nasty roaches and bed bugs in the room!!!!! I did not stay there and demanded my money back which they are refusing! I will be reporting this place to BBB!!! Update: their CORPORATE didn’t even help me!!!!

Horrible place to stay, the place had bed bugs or fleas and left me with at least 40 bites all over both feet and ankles and legs and stomach. Highly recommend not staying here. On top of it they only refunded me for 2 nights

The absolute worst hotel ever!! Roaches everywhere and when I told them about it they refused to refund my money. I had to go To a different hotel for the weekend. The better business bureaus will be getting a phone call about this!! This is very unsanitary place ever I hope the health department gets involved!!’

Brandi and Kyle are absolutely amazing! They were super friendly and very accommodating. I’ve never had such attentive staff at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I loved their willingness to help to me. This is most definitely where I’m booking from now on when I come to Houston ‼️‼️‼️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
