Don’t be fooled by the entrance of this establishment. WooHoo was one of the best accommodations we had during our 20 day euro trip because of its comfortability and friendliness of staff. Rooms were fairly quiet despite it being right on Gran Via. Safe was easy to use, you can request for an iron and two AC units that can be controlled separately in the family room. What made our short-but-sweet stay amazing is the customer service of the staff. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Will recommend to others!

I made a reservation, chose to pay at the hotel and I got charged 3 weeks prior. The reservation still said I had to pay when I got there, so i tried to call but nobody answered. I had to cancel (I paid extra for the possibility) because it was all very shady. Still waiting for the refund

View from room and central position amazing but on main busy road and traffic and people noise all night then rubbish trucks early in morning everyday . Very hard to find your way up to rooms as there is little signage and a tiny lift to 2 nd floor with lots of people waiting so easier to carry your bags up .. no one to help you before 9am or after 3pm and they don’t answer the phone or what’s app text .. tried to go out to get coffee b4 6am and the front gate downstairs was locked so if I went out couldn’t get back in .. no coffee or tissues in room , stayed 5 days and rooms not serviced at all .

The location was perfect, although the entrance to the hotel was a little underwhelming. We arrived at around 11:30pm, and was a little shocked at the ground floor entrance condition. When we arrived at the door of the boutique, no one was there to open the door, nor was there a receptionist to check us in. We waited for almost 30-45 mins while ringing the door bell but no one answered (keep in mind we were travelling for hours at this point and was very very frustrated). We tried calling the number that was given and after awhile we got a reply to a code and instructions on how to enter the boutique. The rooms were clean, and the receptionist in the mornings were nice, although I would recommend if you’re arriving late at night, to request for instructions on how to get to your room in advance as there may not be anyone there to check you in. The location made up for the bad entrance experience and the room and boutique itself was decent.

WooHoo Gran Via was beyond excellent. The location is perfect for visiting every part of the city. You need metro stop Callao and it’s right there. The entrance looked a bit dubious and we were worried but once we found it on the second floor we walked inside and wow - brand new, modern, beautifully decorated and finished to an exceptional level. Everything had been provided - hair dryer, fridge, toiletries, kettle with selection of tea, coffee and sugar. Plenty of usb points too. We received WhatsApp texts to reassure us that the staff were expecting us and they responded to all my questions when we got lost and/or confused (in English too so we understood - very thoughtful). The staff were superb - friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I’ve never left a review before but this hotel and its crew totally deserve it - a winning team. Many many thanks. Will return and will recommend. There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. I know they are having trouble with the signage but they are addressing that and it in no way detracted from our enjoyment or comfort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
