I came here just for coffee at the restaurant.not to stay at the hotel..the atmosphere is normal nothing special..but i like the food..soto ayam is delicious..Food prices are in the standard category. not too expensive

Small room but clean and comfy enough. AC adequate. Good enough for the price range. The towel smelled old and musky during my first stay, but not the case on my second stay. Maybe ask for fresh towels if you want to stay here. Tv channels limited. Parking spot kinda small but can hold quite a lot.

I stayed overnight here and brought the car. For parking in the basement, even though it is small, I still get a parking slot. a fair price per night with parking, breakfast (rice, tea and fruit) and the location is quite close to the tourist center of the old city of Jakarta. However, the cleanliness of the room is a bit lacking because the sheets still have stains on them. Overall it's quite good to stay here

Even though this is a budget hotel but the quality is just bad. First, they provided a single size blanket for a double bed and when I asked for another blanket because I stayed with my partner, they couldn’t give it because “it is the rule” like no where in this hospitality business would do that. Single size blanket is for single size bed. Second, the water is not working. I took a shower at night and it just drizzled. When I wanted to shower in the morning, the water was just dead. The toilet bidet also didn’t work but it flushed just fine. The shampoo and soap were empty bottles. In the summary, they said to provide coffee and tea but there were only water bottles. Good thing is the ac worked just fine but other than that it is a big no.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
