        I stayed in a junior suite at the hotel for two nights, paying a total of 800€. My decision to book this hotel was primarily influenced by its convenient location and the availability of spa facilities. Overall, the hotel presents an aesthetically pleasing design, and the room was well-appointed with modern amenities. However, I found the quality of the bed linen to be somewhat lacking, as it had a somewhat synthetic feel to it. Regarding the spa, while it was small in size, it offered a pleasant experience overall. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the service provided by the staff, particularly at the reception and spa. During check-out, my companion and I inquired about the possibility of utilizing the spa facilities later in the day while leaving our luggage at the hotel to explore the city. Upon our return at 5 p.m., we reiterated our intention to use the spa as previously discussed and retrieved our belongings from the luggage storage. However, we were abruptly informed at the spa entrance that reservations were required for access. This inconsistency in communication led to confusion and inconvenience. Subsequent clarification at the reception revealed that access to the spa was restricted after 2 p.m., a policy that was not communicated to us during check-out. This lack of transparency and failure to accommodate our request left a negative impression. I believe a proactive approach in addressing the situation, such as offering alternative solutions or extending a courtesy gesture, would have been more appropriate and would have mitigated the unpleasant experience. Regrettably, this incident has diminished my overall satisfaction with the hotel, and I am unlikely to return in the future.

        If it were in my hands I would have awarded this hotel with a 5-star. Worth the money and time! The rooms are very clean and spacious and the location is perfection! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful whenever I needed any assistance or had a query. The metro station is right next to the hotel so you can head anywhere you’d like very easily! Can’t compliment this hotel enough and I can’t wait to be back in Milan and stay here.

        Utterly friendly staff overall. From front desk to restaurant all were lovely and attentive. Rooms are very clean and beds are super comfy. Bathroom spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect to reach all by food. Otherwise metro station right next to hotel.

        The Worldhotel Cristoforo Colombia is a hotel in Milan, Italy. It’s slightly away from center of Milan, so there are significantly less tourists and noise. The lobby feels very luxurious, and it’s quite large. As soon as we checked in, our room was not ready yet. However, we were welcomed into their cafe to enjoy some light snacks and drinks. When our room was ready, we checked out our room. It was very nice. It even had a private patio with a table and chairs to relax on. Although, there wasn’t a clear view of the city, it was still enjoyable. Overall, I enjoyed the Worldhotel Cristoforo Colombia comparatively to the hotels closer to the center of Milan. It’s about a 20-minute walk away from the shopping center, and it’s a much more relaxed vibe. I would definitely stay here again if wanting a chill time in Milan.

        Everything in the hotel was just perfect, the location, the modern interior designs, the front desk staff and bellhop staff. All front desk staff were really helpful and welling to serve you the best way. Special thanks to Franciesca for her kindness and cooperation. I will not think twice about staying here again in my next visit to milan. The one only point was the “Rum hand and body wash” that we were not able to use as muslims.
