I had a rough check in during the day but the room is extremely clean and the amenities are great. It nice when things “work”. If you go to the front desk ask for Phillip, the guy is a legend and his customer service skills make me want to hire him myself. Took great care of me, my stay in SD has extended twice for work purposes and he has been very helpful making my experience seamless. Would’ve gone 4 stars because I got a phone call in my room after 8:00 trying to promote/sell products and services which I’ve never experienced in any other hotel in my life. Phillip eliminated that from happening again and it was much appreciated.

Great location! Trader Joe’s, Target, tons of restaurants near by (In n Out, Yardhouse…). Rooms were clean and beds comfy. The pool is a good size but hot tub is small, 4-5 people max. Parking is $25/night but lots of street parking available.

This is a beautiful resort for the amount of money that owners pay I feel the service and friendliness could be a lot better. I feel that there is more energy put into getting owners to show up to another presentation for an upsell. Then there is making the owners happy during the stay.

A comfortable stay at the price. Bed was great, but the whole room had an "old place redone for a cheap flip" vibe. That vibe went with the weird hard sales pitch we were subjected to on check in. I think they're trying to sell individual units or time shares...something. Loud AC units and the smallest TVs I've seen in a room in a long time (about 32 in living area and 27 in bedroom. If you get the room cheap and don't plan on spending much time there, it's worth it.

It's in an awkward location. Finding them in this weird section of the road, tucked behind other hotels, is kinda awkward. The entrance is very tight. Parking is expensive and cramped. Outside of those two things, the rooms are very nice, the staff is great, if you happen to be an owner or prospective owner, the owner education and service people are very informative and sometimes fun to talk to. The concierge desk has access to cool local attractions and local discounts. I will say, in this awkward location, it is a very quiet here. It's still close to local amenities and attractions with easy (ish) access to major freeways.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
