We have stayed at this property before and find the overall experience is a good bang for the buck. There has been recent improvements to the pool area as well as grounds. The 3 bedroom units work great for our family with kitchen to save money from going to restaurants all the time. Disney is literally a 5 minute drive and also have shuttles to and from as well. We will be back again our next family trip. We stay in building 1- unit 1507 that overlooks pool and lake. Great view and nice unit.

Great location, big room, great pool view, clean and quiet. I've stayed here numerous times over the past 15 years and this last trip was probably the best yet imo. We will be back.

My family and I have stayed here 5 times. Each time has been a pleasant stay. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rooms have always been clean. A few times we have ordered food from the Tiki bar and it was hot and delicious. Drinks were awesome, bartender friendly. You can't beat the rental price for the location. It's quiet, but, just a few minutes away from everything. We will definitely be coming back and are actually thinking about purchasing a unit.

Good Luck! We didn’t have good experience. Booked 3 bedroom suite got 2 and none other available but was showing on booking still available also no restaurant in the property. Old appliances and no room service available or need any necessities.

Appliances are not kept up. The unit was spacious with a beautiful view of a lake. However, the carpet in the 1st bedroom seemed to be hold a lot of dust. As well as the lampshade. And the laundry detergent or bleach used for the sheets and towels was way too harsh for my skin. Also the lick on the door would not allow us to get in our unit for 45mins.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
