This hostel isn't horrible, but not very great either. The pros: - Breakfast is included and decent. - Enough showers and toilets - Kitchen's big enough for more than one person to cook at the same time. - The location is fine and close to several metro stations, restaurants and supermarkets. The cons: - No access to the nets and the pigeons on the patio are aggressive. - The music is EXTREMELY loud in the evening. I thought the other reviewers were exaggerating but it is that bad. I generally don't mind music at all but you couldn’t even talk properly. - Not that clean, dust and crumbs everywhere around the beds. - Luggage compartments are pretty small and some don’t fit average padlocks. - Noisy beds. - Hardly any space next to them to put your things. - Our 6-bed-dorm wasn't cleaned once in the 4 nights we spent there and the hostel didn’t do anything about the leaking shower. - The outlets are sketchy, my phone didn't charge half the time. - The kitchen and eating area are kind of disgusting, the sinks constantly smelled bad and the counters and tables were dirty most of the time. - Generally the hostel doesn't smell that good, though not unbearably bad. - The showerheads are mounted to the wall. - The shower and sinks are the kind where you push a button for the water to flow for a set amount of time and the water pressure was uncomfortably high. 6/10

This was a really nice hostel in Lisbon. It was clean and very comfortable to stay in (always smelled clean, too). My favorite part was how nice and accommodating the staff are, they have 24/7 reception service and each person I met who worked there was always very kind and happy to help. They also let you store luggage for free, which is a great plus. The beds in the 10-person room were much more comfortable than expected! I gave the location 4 stars because it is not in downtown Lisbon, so often we used Uber to get us around, which is affordable especially if you're in a group. Despite not being downtown, there are plenty of restaurants and mini-marts near the hostel. I definitely recommend this place if you are taking a trip to Lisbon, I would absolutely stay there again next time I visit.

Great hostel overall, I really liked the vibe and style. The staff was really friendly and the activities for the day were exciting but I could not attend due to other plans. The location near Sheraton hotel is quite good too. The beds/rooms are quite decent for the price quoted. Finally, I appreciate the breakfast variety, which was amazing especially with all the vegetarian (lacto-ovo) options! :)

I was disappointed to see the hammock outside was closed when I arrived, which was not mentioned at any point when booking and was the main reason why I booked there. The downstairs was very loud, showers were questionable, beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the WiFi did not work in my room at all. There are plenty of hostels in Lisbon, I wouldn't spend your money on this one.

The hostel looks really good, has a nice vibe and lots of social areas. The staff was Brazilian when I arrived, like in many other places in Portugal. The beds are crazy nosy and you wake everybody up.. every small movement you make and they have no light and privacy curtains, as you can see on the pictures of the rooms. Although the hostel is huge and was full of the usually young crowd, I was put in a room with two older guys. 😏

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
