We had a great experience staying at WPU. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage upon our early arrival and for the day after we checked out before we headed to the airport in the evening. The location was excellent. It is walking distance from the subway and the main downtown area.

Great friendly and helpful service from front desk! Super nice and convenient area to stay in. In the heart of Shinjuku and a few minutes away from the walk. The Narita Express bus was about a 10 minute walk away and the receptionist offered to hold our luggage so we could enjoy the area for a few more hours before we catch our bus :) Overall room experience was alright. There was a random sticky spot in my room that was pretty gross to accidentally step on since there wasn't much room to walk. Washroom smelled a little funky if we didn't leave the fan on all the time. Beds weren't the most comfortable in my opinion but we all have difference preferences with mattress/pillows. From my experience, the room is best for sleeping and freshening up. There isn't a couch or a table to have a comfortable takeout meal so I took it to the lounge by the lobby and was surprised with a chill relaxing experience having my food there. Honestly, I'd stay here again. Although the rooms are small, it's a good tradeoff for the price and accessibility of this hotel.

Location is super. Room is spacious compare to other hotels around the same price. Hotel provides free pastry, coffee and tea each morning. Staff are helpful and nice. One drawback is that my room facing the mainstreet is noisy, frequently hear police car and ambulance 🚨 even with window closed. Luckily, I can sleep tight even with those noise, so it's not a problem for me.

Unhygienic. I found lots of human hair in the toilet when I first opened the lid. You'd think the least they can do is flush it once? If they couldn't even do that then how much did they even clean the rest of the room? That alone was totally unacceptable to me and made my stay very uncomfortable. Another smaller problem is there was no real window in my room. There was a heavily shaded glass panel that you can open very slightly to get some air, but you can't see anything outside through it. Just not quite what I expected and made the room very dark and gloomy.

Great budget-friendly hotel. It's super close to Shinjuku station and all the fun things to do. The smaller room was perfect for a solo traveler, and the daily basic breakfast was a bonus. The front staff was helpful and could speak English well. I’ll be staying here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
