I never write a bad comment before, but I feel like I need to write this time. We can't turn on the AC and we can smell smoke from the outside. But the scariest thing is I had bedbugs bit me on cheeks, neck, arms, and legs. Thank god I can speak a bit Japanese so I can request a refund as the lady cleaner (who is also a receptionist) has limited English. The owner chat the lady that she/he will refund and it needs two weeks, and I still waiting for it cause it hasn't two weeks yet. Hopefully the owner really refund our money.

No one in the receptionist. And i keep on waiting thru message chat by agoda to keep on contact with the landlord. But finally i just get the key on the table. The place was ok for a solo traveler like me. Also the bathroom was clean

The location is quite good, near 24h convenience stores and restaurants. We did not experience any stolen stuff as the majority of the comments below, but we recommend as a foreigner to always bring your cash and passport with you, and never leave them at the hostel. We stayed in the private room (4th floor), the room was small, hard to fit for 2 big luggages. No lift, just stairs. The bedroom was on the 3rd floor so it was a bit inconvenient. My partner got bit by bed bugs on his neck, shoulder, legs, and arms so it was a big no-no. Gotta be careful about it. If you guys just want to sleep/arrived at night and check out the next morning it would be a great place for rest or clean up, but not for a long stay. 2/5.

My husband and I stayed here for a month during covid-19 to wait it out before flying home. We had the best experience at this hostel, especially with the owner, staff and other residents. People here are welcoming, worldly and kind. We reserved a private room and it was so comfortable! We were able to do everything we’d normally do - such as cooking, walking around, staying in and being sloths while things were closed. But the hostel remained a familiar place, with a super friendly and chill atmosphere. We never had a bad moment here.

DANGER! TO AVOID! RISK OF STEALING! this hostel is ridiculously dangerous The door of room we rent had a 20cm wide hole, just by the lock. The hole was simply covered with cardboard and tape... Very easy to open from the outside and steal our stuff ! What a shame to take advantage of the tourist's trust

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
