The rooms were comfortable and the toilets had almost everything. If you lack any appliances, the hotel operator will gladly assist you with it as soon as you ring them over the phone. Their facilities are quite aesthetic, you can see that the pool is actually quite big and well designed. They also have a gym near the poolside. Breakfast is provided at basement 1, and the staff are very polite and always carry a smile to make your day! The place is a little further away from the main city but is still quite accessible.

You can simply bring your clothes and grocery (if you love cooking). The room is big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is pretty complete, from spoon to washing machine. You can also enjoy free breakfast at 10 am, or pizza near swimming pool, and go to gym. The gym has basic equipment such as treadmill, dumbbells, squat rack, a punching bag. Enough for burning sugar in my belly 😁

First time feel disappointed in my travel in my life,,I book for an executive twin room,they give me an executive double room without informing me,when I call fr the room(room 1625)& ask them,the front desk lady ask me to come down to the front desk to show her my email,After I show them the email,she still insist that I book for double,then I ask them so my email I got it from where,,she quiet & make a phone call,after that she say sorry & only can give us 1 extra bed,its fine since I only stay for 1 night but after waiting for half hours plus the extra bed still did not arrive,I call the front desk,the guy answer the phone & tell me he dont know the about the extra bed ,,its really frustrating & am disappointed with this lack lustrate service , not even 3 star service, B4 I stay here ,I stay at double tree hilton cikini that much more better,I move my stay bcoz nearest to my place to meet up with my friend...even their executive lounge is much more expensive then hilton,,almost double,when we go to the lounge,you dont even have coffee or tea ,they told us,,non alchohol beverage is only mineral water,both of us got shock to hear that,,then I ask the front desk guy,how much you charge for 1 person in the lounge,the guy say IDR 600rb😪room & bathroom also not that clean Anyway u need to improve on your staff services ... to be a 5 star hotel ...thank you

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Great staff too. Pool is nice 2. Riva restaurant is my favourite in jakarta 4 western food and great cocktails. The breakfast area has had a nice refurb with sushi added. Its ok. Next 2 kota kasablanka big shopping centre, great spot. Worth staying here just 2 eat at Riva restaurant, but lots of other reasons 2.

We checked in very late at after 9pm. The concierge was excellent at such hour. We were happy and we are ready for a good night rest.. :D

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
