This place is amazing. Nice people and great Hospitality Specially Rena and Shuku R. Sir. It was very easy to communicate with them .We stayed for 6 days .On the first day at breakfast I ordered tea and that person remembered my preferences for all days. I really felt special. Awesome and comfortable rooms .All the members are co- operative and helpfull. Thank you so much all of you. Had a great stay. Anita From Shimla(India)

I have organised a conference at Wyndham Garden, meaning not only we utilised the room, but also lunch, dinner, conference services and etc. The rooms were clean and the food including breakfast were fresh enough. However, the team was to-be-kind rude, and not helpful at all, except the General Manager who is so professional and ethical commuter! In addition, the spa and gym was perfect, exactly as expected! Just to note, no bus is going around the hotel.

Location is very far from city center; lobby bar and room staff do not speak eng or rus language; rooms are clean and smell nice; however we made a reservation for 3 adults and additional bad was not prepared ; were waiting for 2 hours from 9 pm till 11 pm (too much for 4,5 stars hotel)

Beautiful hotel amazing and friendly staff very near to the airport the restaurant was great with very helpful staff we stayed twice there, the first time everything was amazing, the second time only the carpet was a little dusty. Overall experience is great 👍🏻

A very cute hotel with a very nice Gym and pool. Location is also fine. Been here for a few times and always was surprised with the accommodation price. Many thanks to a room survice. Coffee machine inroom is also a great bonus. Will definitely return here back again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
