This place is fantastic to stay. When we came Linda and Louis greeted us warmly, and was very kind to help us with the check in process. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some free refreshments daily; including coffee, tea and water. The location is near the city and we could cycle there with bicycle provided by the hotel. The staff are extremely kind too, Kevin especially took care of us and offered us umbrella during a cold rainy morning. Tu was also efficient and quick with the check out process so our stay was really comfortable. Would definitely come back if there's a chance and highly recommend.

Our family of five had five wonderful nights at the Wyndham Garden. The staff were fabulous, so helpful and friendly. It was great to be away from the bustle of town, and it was an easy cab ride when we wanted to go out. The pool is lovely and there is a stunning restaurant Healthy Lifestyle a short walk away also. I loved to style of this hotel, has character and history. Amazing bathrooms and our rooms all had a balcony. The local beach was disappointing but that does not reflect on the hotel.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are in generally clean, modern and spacious. My only, but really important, complaint is the soft mattresses. My back can't handle soft mattresses and I woke up with a sore back every morning. I also noted potential mold issues in the bathroom. However, i enjoyed using the hotel gym, it's quite big for an hotel gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to the hotel to lower the music in the open areas and perhaps to change it , I thought it was quite annoying. The hotel is located opposite beaches. But the beaches are not worth a visit. I cycled along the beaches, and none was inviting. It's about 5km to Hoi An city and can easily be done by bike. We paid 100k dong for a taxi trip to the city. The hotel has loaner bikes which is great. However, the bikes are in a poor state. The seats are too low for most people (the seat tube is short) and the bikes I tried had issues with the pedals and cranks ( i had the feeling they may break off any moment). A buffet style breakfast is included and has a nice variety of foods.

Great boutique hotel - very modern, comfortable rooms and friendly & helpful staff. A good buffet breakfast with local and international cuisine. It's conveniently located for food and spas. Local seafood restaurants are nearby, situated by the Cua Dai beach - highly recommended for live crabs, prawns, lobsters, clams, fish, etc. Spas nearby offer free transport, so getting massages, manicures, and pedicures is so convenient!

Room we stayed in was large, clean and very well maintained. Fridge kept our drinks very cold which I quite often find lacking in many of the hotels we have stayed in. Airconditioning also worked very well. Very relaxing pool area at rear of the hotel. Staff were all welcoming and appeared to have been well trained. Service in their dining area was the fastest I have ever experienced! Close to beach and local restaurants. The Mini Mart next door was also very handy. Location worked for us. Shuttle to Hoi An Old Town and An Bang beach only departs twice a day. Doesn't really matter as there are plenty of taxis and compared to Australia very cheap. Only about 5 minutes to An Bang beach and approx' 10-15 minutes to Hoi An, depending on time of day/night and volume of traffic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
