The hotel was nice and clean. The guest service agent so friendly always smiling and greeting you. I wish I can remember her name. The whole staff was great I can't complain. I stayed here 4 nights.

3 Visits going on 4! Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Hotel is conveniently located to many great restaurants within walking distance (1+ blocks) or taxi if you choose. Our stays have always been quiet and we felt safe within the hotel. Kitchens are great for preparing food or reheating leftovers.

The positive and negative. Friendly and helpful staff! Great location in front of the Chapultepec Park and Museums. Clean and safe. Quite and comfortable bed. No breakfast include. No fridge or Microwave. Small room with small bathroom for the single bed. The restaurant is ok, but no the best food. Cool thing have great view to the Chapultepec castle. For stay one or two days is fine for a business trip. Ask better for the double bed street view is more comfortable. One friend was in the double bed and was more nice. I will go next time to one with breakfast included.

We finally found a good hotel that knows how to treat guests. We had bad experience in other hotels in Mexico city so this one was such a nice experience. The people are very nice, overall speak very good English and the rooms are amazing. We had a nice stay and would definitely come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
