What a pleasant surprise from the moment I arrived to check in until I left the next day. Even though I only stayed one night, I loved the room, which made me feel at 'home' instantly. There was everything I needed: a separate kitchen & dining area, a desk and comfortable chair to do some proper work(as a digital nomad), and a separate clean bathroom with a strong hot shower. Breakfast was included in the reasonable rate for a 4 stars property. It's more a residence than a hotel. The neighborhood was lively with a good selection of upscale restaurants and nearby Zona Rosa (touristic area of Mexico City). The bed was super comfy, and there was an A/C with cold or hot selection (it was cold like 15C, so I turned up the heater function). Overall, it was a great place to stay for solo business travelers who need a quiet but central location in a safe area

You should definitely stay very far from this place. Really, don’t book it. Showers are intermittent - hot and cold water every time with no solution The breakfast is awful, not enough and the lady that serves is very rude The entry card never works, so everyday you’re locked outside of your room In summary, totally not worth a penny and you can find somewhere else to stay with a much bigger cost-efficiency ratio.

Everything about this place is amazing. The room is perfect for some relax, even if you're on home office. Even though it's near by some of the main streets it's really quiet. The breakfast is good, perfect for quick off your day. Totally reliable

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
