For the price that we pay, 105€\ 2 nights, you can’t ask for more. Cool gym, with all what you need. Warm bedroom despite freezing temperatures outside. Confortable bed. Toilet big enough.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was good! The staff were some of the best we’ve had at a hotel. To name a few Ben, Christian and Ahmed at the bar were fantastic! Enjoyed talking with Sammy as well. We would stay here again.

Amazing hotel! I wanted to be close to Messe Munchen and that’s why I chose this hotel. I couldn’t be happier! The room was really nice. They had smart policies implemented to improve sustainability. For example you could refrain from getting your room cleaned for a day and in exchange you would get s free drink from the bar. They had an iron room which was a great addition. It was 10 minutes walk to the metro station that basically connects you to thr whole city.

We stayed for 4 days. What we like from this hotel is interior room is good, looks nice and big enough. Bed and shower is good. Breakfast is also good and delicious. Park is free. A place for ironing is provided What we don't like is, the room temperature can not be adjust. Room service is very poor, we found shower gel was empty but next day it changed with hand soap. On day 3 we shocked there was no towels and they did not change our dirty glass and mug at all.

No cold air conditioning. Room heaters for winter time are not air conditioning! False advertisement!👎 Made reservations months ago and now after checking in none of the rooms have air conditioning. This trip is going to suck. There are heater radiators so if it’s summer time, good luck. 👎

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
