Great location near the airport and other amenities, restaurants, shopping, and accessibility to the expressway. Hotel lacks curb appeal and signage directing you to the hotel was not visible. However, Google Map did work. Armchairs and carpet were stained. Beds and pillows were comfortable. King size rooms are really a nice size. There's no safe in the rooms, but the waist high refrigerator worked very well. We had a problem connecting to the Wifi. The room temperature was fine since we were able to control the temperature. It was a very quiet hotel. Guests were friendly as well as the staff. However, there are some much needed upgrades in my opinion. We will stay here again due to its convenient location to the airport and other amenities. We also felt safe.

Please read the reviews with 1 star for accurate ratings, anyone giving this place 5 stars is lying and somehow connected to the facility. Place is located at a dead end road, zero chance you want to walk anywhere. The entire property is dilapidated and filthy. Zero amenities, pool is years closes, equipment and area rotting away. Restaurant is closed, hot breakfast is a joke - as others have mentioned kid cereal boxes and granola bars. Now, the rooms are disgusting! I don't think they are cleaned at all, everything is worn and dirty. Hair and worse all over the bathroom, LOOK AT THE PICTURES I'VE POSTED. I exchanged several emails with the management and they have several standard template responses. I reported this property to the booking engine I used and they removed it from search results.

1 star rating only because the bed was very comfortable. This is not the Wyndham hotels that may come to mind. Whomever rated this place 5 stars obviously works here, or at least collects some benefit from this place. There is nothing at this place. Not even bar soap. Literally. I was told to use the shampoo left on the bathroom sink. This place has been forgotten about and apparently the owners know it and don't bother with upgrading its old everything. The pool is shuttered with a ton of leaves left rotting on the rotting pool cover. The bar / dining area has not been used in years save the few tables near the so-called breakfast spread left out in the morning, consisting of children's little cereal boxes and old muffins with cool to warm coffee that's been left in the lobby since God knows when. No? Don't believe me? Stay there, but as another said, bring food and drink because there is nothing here or nearby. PS. Don't forget to bring soap also, that's if you're into that cleansing yourself type of thing.

I typically read reviews before booking a hotel. Well… I made a huge mistake on this facility! We booked two rooms. Walked into the room (both rooms) and automatically smelled a stench. Looked on the bathroom floor and there were hairs on the floor the mirror was filthy! There were mold spores on the windows in both rooms. My son had earwigs on his door. We immediately went to the front desk to notify them of our displeasure. Luckily it was before 6pm so we were able to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere. I do not recommend staying here at all! If I could leave a lower star I would!

The rooms was dirty. There was mold in the grout in the shower. The curtains were ripped. The lamps over the bed were broken. The blankets and sheets had stains on them. The restaurant and bar are advertised, but both are closed. The bar is closed due to losing the license. they did not give us a reasonson for the restaurant closure, but i have a pretty good guess after seeing the rooms. The hotel is located down a dead-end road far away from any real amenities. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, and it was a quiet hotel at night. There are better hotels for less money that are closer to restaurants and activities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
