Wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand. Staff was friendly and helpful. Han was super kind in helping me book my spa appointment and getting around. Viet was also very helpful answering all our questions and helping us feel comfortable with our stay. We loved the Nautilus buffet, spa, and pool. My parents love the Casino in house! We would recommend staying here!

This resort really exceeds our expectations. We travel from the USA to Phú Quốc for the first time and start at Wyndham Grand Phú Quốc. The place has all accommodations for a family vacation: kids swimming pool, kids club with a variety of activities for kids and parents, adults entertainment including a casino/bar and club etc... The kids club is the highlight of the resort for my kids and us. The staff provides activities like paper flower lessons, statue paintings, sand paintings, balloon figure making etc (please check their schedule upon arriving) The staff has been very attentive and polite from the gate through all services. Thank you miss Lam, miss Hue and miss Lisa for hosting my kids the whole trip. The facility is clean and daily room service is perfect. The buffet has a variety of selections to accommodate guests from different background. The location is convenience to visit Vin Wonders and Vin Safari. It is still in the short travel distance to downtown Phú Quốc (~30 minute taxi) where tourist can access other local activities. The private beach is right at the resort, about 4 minutes walk from the main building. I review this resort as a family but during our start we also see business conference being conducted at the place.

This place is AMAZING!! I really felt like I was living the high life here. First off, the service here is great. All the employees are very kind and polite. The room was clean and the balcony view was spectacular. We had a very good night's sleep here. Now, get ready to experience food on a whole nother level when visiting here. There was so many options of so many cultures and I loved everything I tried. The pool is amazing. Get ready to have a wonderful time when visiting here!

Best value stay. Very clean and spacious. Great facilities including gym and swimming pool. One of the cleanest beach with white fine sand, absolutely wonderful. Loved the Casino. Location wise is very convenient to go to he grand world, Vinwonders and safari. However it is little far to go to night market area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
