Amazing hotel! Huge and absolutely stunning room- the bathroom and the bedroom. Great location- a short walk to the corner of west lake and to restaurants and shops. Great English speaking staff who was very helpful and super friendly. The price we paid was relatively cheap maybe it’s because they renovate the back of the hotel-no noise whatsoever. Highly recommended

This hotel is well located in the popular hangzhou city. It is walking distance to.the west lake and the surrounding greenery Servixe is friendly. Rooms are large and well appointed. This is especially true of the bathroom. Breakfast spread is very good. With a nice selection of oriental and western cuisine.

Slum hotel. I paid a lot of money for one of the high end rooms with a view. The room is extremely dated. And the view is of people's underwear drying on the balconies. This room was available at a cheaper price. Now the staff are lying to me. And trying to downgrade my room to their lowest level. Because those are the only rooms left that don't look at a laundry service. This is clearly an older hotel. And not many reviews. I believe they are renaming the hotel to reset the negative review count. It's not near the centre or shopping. I find I have to travel 3km to get to anything of value. This is extremely disappointing. Pictures are attached

Incredible service and comfort throughout our entire stay. We later stayed at a Sheraton and a Shangri-La and their service and comfort paled in comparison, even whilst costing much more! We are already planning our return stay next year. REVIEW#2: came again 1 year later -- even better than the first time. Our mini fridge broke down, and staff rushed up to replace it within 30 minutes! Kudos to all the fine staff at this establishment!!! Cheers! Anthony and Ruiwei from Vancouver

Incredible, world class service, fantastic buffet breakfast, beautiful location (5 min walk from West Lake), close to many restaurants, and super clean. The room was also beautiful and bright. Highly recommended, if your budget allows!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
