Love the big room, the service, the cleanliness and they serve drink in the morning to your room, hot dessert in the afternoon and then boiled rice in the dinner no extra charged, actually might include in the price but still worth it ❤️

The staff is very nice to customer. A cup of tea is delivered to you during check in and out. They will ask if I need a cup of milk before resting in room. Service is very outstanding, even better than those branded five stars hotel liked Sheraton, intercontinental....However, the hardware of the hotel really need to improve. For example, my bathing door cannot close firmly. All the water go outside during bath. Also, they didn’t provide the comb, razor...

Excellent in all ways. Comfortable rooms, though the street facing rooms have excessive traffic noise. Nice location next to historical site and park. Close to railway station, from where high speed trains to Shanghai are available. Good food and restaurant choices. Other food options also available in the vicinity. Well appointed gymnasium and swimming pool. Very helpful staff. Favourite hotel at Ningbo

This is truly a gem of a hotel. Being the first stop on a two city business trip the second hotel, in Ningbo allowed me to appreciate this beauty more. The rooms are big, spotless, well appointed and super cozy! I would wait with anticipation until the breakfast buffet would open because each morning was like Christmas morning and the breakfast presents the chefs prepared where stunning! Well done and yum!!! I never had a service issue so testing response and timing didn't come into play. I would recommend this amazing establishment when visiting Xi'an as you will not be disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staffs in this hotel are very welcome and polite. I love the breakfast and Thanks to Ms. Chelsea who gave me the best service I ever had. The location of this hotel is very convenient. it only take 15 minutes to the train station and 30 mins to Ningbo International Airport. Recommended! I would love to come back and stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
