The breakfast at Wyndham Tbilisi falls short of the expected standard for a five-star hotel. Instead of fresh juice, they served cordial. The coffee, being stale and overly roasted, was difficult to enjoy. In my experience with five-star hotels, I've never had to skip breakfast as frequently as I did here. The location and service are great.

Fantastic staff, lovely surroundings, and a fantastic location. The hotel has the nicest and most helpful staff and receptionists I've ever encountered. The hotel was outstanding in every way. We had supper there, and the place was flawless, fashionable, spacious, and had great service.

The hotel is located at a prime spot in Tbilisi, Liberty square and Galleria mall is only a 7min walk away. The rooms are cozy and quite spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful with excellent service. Overall very satisfied

Stayed here for a night. We love how spacious the family room is, and the room absolutely smells GOOD and clean. We really enjoyed the room and the asian restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast had a limited choices, especially for us Asians, but still, foods were good. Maybe the only downside was the time we have to check out, the luggage assistance were very slow or I don’t know if they don’t wanna help 😅, we followed up a lot of times to help us with the luggages, waited for half an hour for the trolley to come, but nothing comes and we ended up bringing our big 5 luggages down ourselves. Such a hassle. But still, we enjoyed stay

Most unwelcome check-in experienced on my entire trip across the region. Over the last few weeks I have stayed in Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott hotels, and everywhere I had a very wonderful stay and all issues were resolved promptly. Here at Wyndham my booking was not properly honoured, the booking states I had a Deluxe room booked but I was allocated a standard room, which had a distinct odour. And I was told to take it up with my travel agent, which I certainly plan to do when I get back. This has completely ruined the last leg of my trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
