        Great stay! Highly reccomened this hotel. Special mention to Benjamin (Duty Manager) and the entire team at the front desk who made our stay amazing. They've got some of the best customer service I've seen in any hotel across the world :) Cheers guys!!

        I would say this is one of the nicest and best Wyndham properties I have ever stayed at. This amazing hotel has great amenities, a perfect location. My room has a beautiful ocean view with comfortable mattress which was extremely impressive, and my view was on point. Excellent services from the staff, including front desk, the lobby and, breakfast restaurant. I had an issue but, Elena Han has taken care of it immediately. Thanks to her! The breakfast was really good. I highly suggest the buffet in the morning. They over-exceeded any expectation I could have. I will definitely come back again.

        The hotel and location are nice, but the check-in experience was very stressful to us. We have 2 small kids (a one year old and a 4 year old) and always book a suite or airbnb place with 2-3 rooms so that the kids can play and stretch out in the common area. We reserved a family suite for this trip 4 months in advance. One day before the trip, we still got the email confirmation from Wyndham wrt to our family suite. Yet upon checking in, the staff told us it's not available and they moved us to 2 separate single rooms that could be connected by keeping the doors between them open. We kept stressing to them that the 2 rooms don't provide the same amenities as the family suite, and it cost almost $200 less to book 2 separate rooms, hence, we requested either a room upgrade or a compensation. It took multiple discussions until they finally matched the price and gave us the $200 back, but it was a very unpleasant and timing experience, especially with the 2 small kids around.

        It was terrible. It was a ghost town, no guests & nothing worked: the room key, the tv, the tub, etc. no chairs on the balcony, nothing to do. We visited the establishment & it was weird, nobody at the pool, the casino was vacant & people stared at us, the “exclusive 20th floor club” was closed along w/everything else a ghost town. A scary movie for sure. We booked an overnight cruise & bit the cost & explored & found the little town behind “the towers”, definitely don’t be blinded by the Trump Tower & go experience the people. Will never go back, very sad greed w/o obviously paying their bills.

        The Wyndham in Halong is a fairly stock standard hotel. It is a nice building with clean rooms and friendly staff, and the buffet breakfast provides all the standard foods you would expect. The hotel itself looks fairly aged, and the pool was underwhelming and slightly dirty. It has other gambling and dining amenities, but had a significant lack of character. Other issues include a dinosaur TV which had no internet connectivity, and the hotel is situated in a bit of an isolated location. Although it is right by the bay, there is a huge Ferris wheel and cable car right outside which detracts from an otherwise lovely view. Quote touristy. Most importantly, don’t be fooled by its proximity to the adjacent bridge, it’s approx. 10 mins by car to get over it as a result of the significant detour required. Worst of all, Grab (Vietnam’s ride sharing app) doesn’t seem to work in this area, so you’ll be stuck with exorbitant taxi fares. There is a strip of restaurants close by, but these seem to all have bad reviews according to Google. Overall, if you’re happy with a fairly standard hotel in an unfortunate location, then this hotel is OK. Probably not worth the relatively significant price tag.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
