        Horrible. JUST NEED TO READ THE BAD REVIEWS ON BOOKING, not the ones booking pushes but sort the bad first to understand! Embarrassingly badly run, heavy traffic from main road to Oia next to it, far-away from anywhere, old tired installations, old small pool and surroundings. New rooms with tubs have NO CALDERA VIEW, are glorified basement garages, by the side street, built under the main pool, overlooked by passers by, debris floating, insects, baking under the afternoon sun that makes it impossible to sit and watch the sunset. The “tub” is a lukewarm cement cube and we saw them changing guests rooms WITHOUT CLEANING THE USED TUBS….so basically the next guest would sit in the same cubic meter of warm water that the previous guest had soaked in! Disgusting! We heard guests arguing with a lady manager in her fifties, others told us around breakfast that they were trying to book elsewhere and leave, disappointed because they found it more like a 1 star hotel. Also no shuttle offered whole other similar priced hotels do it! Some staff were trying their best, but clearly were working under careless management with no direction and no customer service. We have been told that this was a nice family hotel but found it cheaply run and depressing. One of our very very few bad reviews ever…

        This hotel and its staff made a great trip, awesome. A big mention to Panos & Maria the reception staff that went above and beyond to ensure me and my family had a most comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The views were stunning and a great site for watching sunsets and sunrises! Highly recommend this hotel and all the staff!

        We are extremely disappointed with this hotel and the staff! They put us in a room right next to the pool pump station and we couldn't sleep all night. Noise from the station was very loud and played every second and minute. The next morning we asked to be moved to another room and showed a clip of the noise. The woman at the front desk said she knew about the problem, which made a big impression on us. How could she possibly know about the problem and accommodate guests there?! This is unacceptable. We asked to be moved to a different room but the option was to move us to another room for 2 nights (which was without the view we had paid for), then after those 2 days move us to the 3rd room. We said that this was not an option for us, as with the big suitcases and luggage it would not be comfortable to move around during our whole holiday! We wished we could leave the hotel and get our money back as they didn't have a nice room for us. They said that there is no problem, but to contact booking. However, they did not want to give us any document for the departure, they assured us that there would be no problem, that they had no complaints and that we should leave in peace! We left the hotel, we contacted booking, we waited 2 days for some kind of decision, in the meantime we had already checked into another hotel, but booking told us that the hotel does not want to refund the amount for the remaining nights, which is outrageous and impudent! We will contact all the necessary institutions for assistance! I advise you not to deal with this hotel! Our experience here because of them the first 2 days was terrible and continues to be!

        The hotel is amazing. It provides you awesome beauty of the nature with a shining water body adding perfect to the combo. The rooms are well designed, decorated. All are maintained well and the foods here are really delicious. Loved staying here. Also recommend you to stay here.

        Traveled to Santorini from Oct 11-19, with a 5 year old. It was the best time to go for weather it was sunny every day, like 23° + dry, very little humidity, and there were fewer tourists. This hotel has an amazing and friendly staff from María and Panos, in the main office, to Eva in housekeeping, to Aretie, George, Raffaela, and Dringin the breakfast and bar staff (sorry if Imisspelled names). The location is ideal if you want a quiet and relaxing vacation away from the crowds and with amazing views. However it would help to rent a car to go to Perissa Beach, Fira, etc.. or do not mind walking a lot. There is a bus stop about 300m to take a bus to Oia approx. 1.80 euros one way, very clean and safe bus ride. Two buses to return or take a cab back from Oia approx. 35 euros. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the washrooms, specifically the showers, could get an update. Breakfast is included, and there were many options, including a la carte. Inevitably, I knew it would be a bit far, but the views got me, I was hooked and every day my husband and I were in awe of the beautiful views of the caldera. Thank you to the staff of Xenones Filotera for the great service and extra special treatment with my daughter.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
