As per expected. The room size and price is reasonable. Although you might feel is so called cheap looking hotel but as a traveller you will not be spending much time in the room. The best part of this hotel was the toilet is clean, the shower pressure were great and the room is clean. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome.

Small but clean rooms but it's pretty much what a standard budget room in this area. So if you have a big luggage then might be a bit tight in their single rooms. It's situated close enough to the ximen walking streets. Not noisy. There is two branches of the hotel along the same emei road so make sure u head to the correct ones. No. 72 and 94

Trust me, this hotel is a good one. They provided all sorts of amenities to hotel guests, including free flow coffee and water. Given the price rate, it's very affordable. People there were professional and friendly. It made my trip better here, thank you so much! However, I suspect there are a few bed bugs around because I got bitten twice as well as my partner, but overall was good so depending if you're willing to take the risk

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
