        Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We arrived late at night for check in and the two staff at the counter only gave us dirty looks. The rooms are dirty and smelled really bad. There was a cigarette left in the room. The rooms had old furnishing and you can feel the springs in the beds. There was a sudden power outage in a few of our rooms and I went down to the counter to ask for some assistance and the same two staff at the front counter just left me standing there, then the lady looked up and asked me "yes?" And I told her my problem and she just ignored me. The other staff then asked the maintenance staff to assist me. When we returned to the rooms the next day after our outings, the rooms were not tidied or cleaned and the room service lady was sitting outside of the rooms watching dramas on her phone. This was reported to the front counter and only then were our rooms tidied. The next morning, the room service lady questioned us on why we said she didn't clean the room. She claimed that we asked her not to clean our room when in fact before we went out she had asked us if we needed cleaning services and we said yes. On the last night of our stay, the water system had a really bad stench and the whole room stinked, it felt disgusting to take a shower and to brush our teeth. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel, and I hope that they can do better and provide an improved and different experience to what my family and I went through.

        The location is very near ximen ding. Overall the room is well furnished. However, the water in the hotel smells of sulphur... After shower, the whole room is filled with the sulphur smell.

        Good location but the worst hotel condition. Following Euus tour to taiwan. The first day check in here. Lift is slow and only two lifts to serve 11th floor. The room is old. Corridors is creepy. Bed is not comfortable. Bathroom is not elderly friendly. But luckily bed sheet is clean. Front Staff is old staff and not giving good service. Restaurant staff is okay. Worst breakfast food also
